I ordered 2 thermostat from this company and they send me 1 wrong product. I called them and returned the item for a credit to my account. They refused to give me the credit because I sent the thermostat back in the wrong package. I returned everything that was included in the original package, instructions, hardware everything. and they refused to credit my account. I spend over $1000.00 purchasing baseboards heaters and thermostat that all where from the same manufacturer and they refuse to credit me a lousy $54.99. This company is a fraud and a cheat and find every reason under the sun to get your money but not issue a credit when they make a mistake. Beware and purchase from someone else they will rip you off at every chance and opportunity they can. I also asked to have the wrong part returned that they shipped originally and they had the audacity to ask for my credit card number for the return freight. Stay away from this company they are ripoffs.

Very poor experience with terrible customer service. They have continued to ignore me in returning a broken item. Item was broken upon delivery with no damage to the box so likely not from shipping. Over a month and no resolution and no responses from them. After I got them all the information they asked for they went silent. I wish you luck if you order from them.

Tried using this company for the first time and had to dispute the charge because of non delivery of items. Will never use again. I recommend staying away from this fly by night outfit. Had to give a star otherwise I wouldnt even give one
