Ive had the most terrible customer service here. I bought a clutch and paid extra for it to be monogrammed. When I went to pick it up, it hadnt been done correctly. The salesgirl was very nice, said theyd fix it, and that theyd refund the price of the clutch as well, for the inconvenience. When I went to pick up the clutch a second time (A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT IT, might I add), they refused to honor the refund, and didnt seem all that bothered that I had been waiting A MONTH for a monogram. I certainly wont be shopping there anymore.

The Bluetique staff are all so nice! Whenever I walk in through their open door i hear "Hi welcome to Bluetique! Can I help you find something?" The store offers free Ale8 Ones to any customer. That is so refreshing in the summer! The clothes are all so lovely. I can always find something i want when i walk in there.
