Having lived in East Cobb for a long time, I was looking forward to Ivy Lane being a regular favorite boutique of mine. Its a very cute store, and though a bit pricey I have seen a few hidden gems. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service, being ignored by staff, and even rude looks I have gotten the times I have been there, have deterred me from purchasing anything. I might give it another try or two in the future with hope that my experience will be better, but my hopes for this being a go to boutique of mine have long since been dashed.

Fun place to hunt through for yourself or gifts. Tons of nice quality jewelry around $10-$45up range, interesting clothes and knickknacks (some religious), a pretty good shoe selection, and stuff for home and entertaining. Even a pet and baby section. While I was there looking at fashion cowboy boots, the staff were very attentive, and clients also shopping were getting dresses and jewelry for school functions, a birthday party and just for fun. Im not sure if I saw any mens clothing, I dont think so.

Ivy lane is in my neighborhood. I have been there on more than one occasion. I have personally felt unwelcome a couple of times, and i wasnt sure if it was just me being sensitive, and i have purchased items from the store. But today i went in, i was totally sure that it wasnt me feeling sensitive because i saw how other customers were welcome very nicely into the store, i left never to return.
