Love the store, hate the staff. These girls are so bored theyll sit you down to do a "quick color match" and after 30-45 minutes of chatting about nothing and wasting your time, leave you with a Bozo worthy, fully painted, blotchy face thats utterly embarrassing to walk out of the store with. Its called blending people! Something they should teach you before handing over makeup brushes! Not to mention matched me to foundations TWO shades darker than I am. All I can say is save your time and your face and shop online or go to a different location.

Because they are located inside JCPENNEY, they are a much smaller store and do not carry all the cosmetics that their larger stores carry, which is rather disappointing as I am a regular customer at their location! I always end up buying products I didnt go in the store to get and they always tell me to go to Ulta a neighboring store! I love Ulta too but I know Sephora carries the brands I love, plus I like getting things right away. I never really want to go online to order unless theres no other alternative.

I went here yesterday just to look for some foundations. Faith was thee best not only did she help me find the perfect shade she did my face. I dont wear makeup, but she made me feel very comfortable with doing it on my own. I love this Sephora they arent as big as the regular stores, but the staff more than makes up for that.

Terrible everyone I come here! Never wait on you. Stand there forever while they put makeup on someone and all I wanted was to pay for my product. I have things to do. You need more than one employee working at all times. I did not make my purchase and will get what I need at ULTA
