They need to teach their associates custom service. Ive worked in retail for many years and would never ignore my customers then again its Walmart we are talking about. When 10 of your employees walk right by you not even asking for any service I got a problem I would take my business elsewhere. Your prices might be lower thats it. If your associate gave a damn about the paying customers because without us you wouldnt have a job. Educate your associates. They all need to take a course in customer service.

This by far is my favorite Walmart. Not many people to deal with. I live around Hazard KY and its Walmart is terrible. So many people to deal with and forget about checking out. In Hazard it sometimes takes longer to check out then it does to shop. Lawrenceburg Walmart is calm and collected. Id travel the three hours to Lawrenceburg just to go to its Walmart instead of the twenty to go to the Hazard Walmart. Staff is is nice and helpful also. Pharmacy is too.

The intercom is constantly paging managers and departments, as no one seems to be on their associated departments, as we shopped this location. Simple check out procedures seemed to be complicated by incompetence and folks "on lunch". Certainly not a "well-oiled" machine for checking out "site to store" tires, that require installation and balancing. Rudeness and tempers exhibited from staff to staff.

This is my go to place for everything. I have rarely not found anything I needed and can order online and have many things shipped to the store. The people there are great. Look for Rhonda who always has a smile and is happy to help.

Terrible, every time I come here they never have what I want in stock. And their excuse is that they are a "smaller super center". Shelves are never stocked, always missing something.
