Bought a car battery with 3 year free replacement 2 year prorated its 11 months old and dead took bat.& receipt back "lady"at the service desk said they dont replace batterys. Went out side called the desk she put me through to electronics ya they gave me a manager told her the story she said no problem. Went to service desk again told the "lady" manager said yes you do "lady"said witch one we have five I said I will call them "lady"giggles I call again start telling my story person on phone laughs and said im right here and hangs up ya its the "lady" so I told "lady" to get all five managers down here "lady" ignored me. Now its time to get nasty lucky for "lady" a manager walks up with "ladys" replacement and they took care of me got my new battery "LADY" should have called manager

The store sucks! When you like a certain Item thats what you want, but every time you get to liking it you go back they dont have it anymore, dont stock it, or theyre out of it. And yes I shop there but every time I go in there I leave pissed off. Most of the folks that work there are ok but finding one a lot of times can be hectic. They do have pretty good deals on a lot of there products and the store is clean and kept in good shape. We all depend on The store in this little town but I wish Parkview hadnt closed they had the best hamburger you could get.

I hate this wall-mart. The staff are rude and incompetent with the exception of a couple of people, and they are always out of whatever Im looking for & it takes them forever to get it back in. The stock crew NEVER puts the groceries in the right place so that could be why. And their electronic items are junk. My daughter bought an iphone and it broke the same day took it back got a straight talk phone and it broke the very same day as well. Dont waste your time coming to this place.

This is one of the smallest Walmart stored I have ever been. There is no fabric department, the electronic department is not nearly as large as other stores. It does have a grocery section, a very poor selection of home merchandise, a garden center, small sporting goods and automotive, and a very very poor selection of toys. I have tried to purchase toys for a childs birthday here and ended up choosing a card and just giving cash.

The pharmacy is getting to be a joke. Im always having to fight with them to get them to fax my doctor for my medicine and then todays experience was trying to get them to read the law about getting Arantes and what they had posted right on their counter needless to say Im changing pharmacies and when no longer shop at Walmart

Smaller than most Walmarts in the area and one of the oldest. They do have a grocery with good deals a d always can find clearence items at good prices. Lines are usually slow and few registers are open but thats no different than any other store these days. Staff are great and helpful most of the time.

I know we are a poor community, but, the stuff in this store is cheesy compared to other Walmarts. When they run out of stuff they never restock, never a good selection. I go to other surrounding Walmarts just to get what I want. I dont rate this very well. And the cashiers are never friendly

Need more cashiers or more lanes open. Cashiers an Dept Employees need to smile more at customers. Could ask if they could help and if not their dept find someone . overall the store is ok. They usually dont have items in stock tho. Mainly its the non smiles or not so not customer service .

I was very upset with the cashier. We waited in line for 15 minutes. And after waiting do long we get to check out. We were not allowed to get out beer because it was five minutes after 12. And it wasnt even our fault it was Walmart employees fault because we were in line for so long.

Not enough workers cant find anyone working in there department. Other workers you find have no knowledge of other departments. Called the store when I was in the store to get help. The person never came to the department.

This walmart welcomes truck drivers to spend the night in the parking lot.. thats awesome!. Its quiet and not crazy busy. You have a couple stores and restaurants near by but you will have to do a bit of walking.

We needed some summer items (bathing suit, etc.) and WalMart didnt have anything other than 3 and 4 XL in late June. The staff wasnt terribly friendly nor did they have any idea about the items we needed.
