Lisa, and Darin both "posed" as store managers. They didnt admit fault until i explained to them i was a walmart employee for 5 years. Afterwards i pursued a career in the united states army. My sole purpose with speaking to a manager was to compliment a guy named Jordan on his exceptional customer service interactions with me. Unfortunately since i was greeted with such unprofessionalism, i will be shopping at westport road rather than lagrange. The 2 women in electronics on 2nd shift were dreadful to put it nicely. Dont shop at this walmart. You have a 33% chance of dealing with a good employee.

It never fails every time j go to this Walmart I whose I would have traveled another 15 minutes to the next closest one. The lines are ridiculously long the staff is very unfriendly. And go around 10pm when they are in their "meeting" and there will be 1 checkout open and a line with at least 10 people. They simple dont care. The customer is never their priority.

It is my favorite groceries place although with some exception employees are always looking unhappy or tired or impatient. Because I am not there to be pampered I dont mind. In the home improvement is hard to find helpers or someone to mix paint. I love their pick up groceries and their save catcher app. As vegan I can find vegan products for good prices.

We were traveling from Cincinnati and pulled off to this Walmart to grab a few random items. This is probably the best Walmart I have been in. It was laid out nice, they had a lot of departments, super clean, and the staff was very happy/helpful. Four stars because it was a bit difficult to find the way there off the interstate.

Some great people work there but not all. Had a very rude person help me in the bakery who didnt work in that area. She got very upset when she couldnt answer my question about doing a custom cake so I said Id come back and she wadded my paper up and stormed off to her chicken section. I will only use crestwoods bakery from now on

Most workers are lazy ,no help,the manager sucks ,since October 2016 the manager heather has choose not to add comp which shld not be allowed since walmart stands on that ,they are out of stuff all the time ,no kind of selection if wanting gluten-free, or vegetarian ect so far the most aweful walmart I ve been to .

17 lanes and only 3 lanes open at 11:00 a.m. All lanes were 4 people deep. The manager in the yellow vest didnt seem to care. She was more interested in telling the check out clerk when to take a break rather than customer service. I dread coming here and only go if I absolutely have a need.

Use to be my favorite Walmart and I use 5 in the area. Once the crestwood Walmart opened the Lagrange store seems to have just given up on staffing and customer service. I am in Tue middle of both and actually like what is stocked in the Lagrange store by guess I will make so with Crestwood.

Very very very pure at picking up phone for costumers and very very very pure judgment on big and tall close for big and tall people so I give them a flat 0 this the Walmart in Lagrange ky very pure please fix the problem or be ready for a big lawsuit against the owner of Walmart

Never enough lanes open. Currently have been standing at a register waiting for a csm or a member of management for 45 minutes it appears that all members of management are ignoring their staff. Terrible customer service. If you have a choice drive somewhere else and shop

This is a Wal-Mart. Thing is this is a Country Wal-Mart. Normally there is a lot that is out of place. Items are often unorganized or out of place. However, this is still the go to shopping place if you need light bulbs and deli meat in La grange.

Run-of-the-mill Wal-mart. Never disappointed. If they dont have what I need in store, they offer the online pick-up option there. I cant think of an experience that has put me off at this store so I go back. And its on my way home from work.

This is a well organized store and it truly qualifies as a Super Walmart. The town I live in has a so called Super Walmart and I drive right past it to visit this location 25 miles away. This location is clean and offers a wide selection.

Its an average Wal-Mart. Ive gone here many, many times and had no great or terrible experience. They do not have a very good selection of clothing and it can be difficult to get assistance but other than that I really cant complain.

I met a lady named Donnie at the self checkout. She was above and beyond in customer service. She brought a smile on my face after a ruff start in the day. If I didnt live 14 hours away this would be my permanent Walmart to shop at!

This Walmart has everything that I dont see in other Walmart stores. The only reason for 4 stars is the direction you drive into the parking lot isnt marked for people out of town so its a bit confusing! Overall great store!

This was a decent location. The only issue was that they didnt have a large selection in the automotive department for engine oil. Also the U-Scan did not work at all. It would have been faster to just wait in the line.

Store is poorly stocked, crowded and noisy. The employees arent just rude, but theyre combative. Drive a couple of miles to the Walmart in Crestwood. Its like a different world!

I like LaGrange Walmart! Everybody is pleasant and they all are knowledgable. Im excited that they will let us buy stuff online and then pick it up at the door! Very, very cool!

Really nice , clean and friendly. With only 4 checkouts open people where back up in the isles. Thankfully no one got shot because they were pissed. Open more checkouts !!!

Its been the Walmart Ive gone to for about 25 years. Prices are better here than the Walmart on Dianne Marie Pkwy., off Westport Road. The clearance and sales are great.

Lines arent too bad for a walmart. Cashiers are usually friendly. Easy to find things and they have the most organized and neat clearance isle i have ever seen!
