Well lets see where to begin, they always fail when it comes to clean, fast, and friendly. Especially the friendly part. I have encountered racism here at this store on several occasions. Also they discriminate as to whom they card as well. The person in front of me looked like my twin only with out tattoos, they didnt get carded to buy cigarettes. As the same lady looks me up and down eyeing my tattoos, she then asks to see my ID? Seems legit right? Uh no period. They rarely have anything open besides self check and its gotten so bad there are people wth fully carts sometimes two trying to check out in the self check. No respect for the individual here at this location nor any appreciation that would make me feel valued as a customer. This store does not promote equality culture nor does its associates care to show any of Sam Waltons values to both each other and the customers. I waited to ask a manager if I may get a $10 roll of quarters on this trip here and was told to nope they dont have change. Get outta here with that. What a lack of respect this person showed. Im so ignorant that Walmart dont have $10 in quarters. Anyway this review is based off of multiple visits to this location and is a general summary of how my experiences were here. The shelves have more outs than Ive seen at a lot of challenge stores... they do not run their processes correctly and the management staff poorly manages their staff. In a constant battle of whats going on seems like at all times. The left hand dont want anything to do with the right. The associates know when the managers are poor leaders and they take advantage at every turn. They purposely go to break when the registers a full. Yet not one salary member of management will get on a register here at this location. Its somehow beneath them. The features are poorly built with just bad features all together that arent relevant to whats going on or current events until the holiday or event is there. The signage doesnt go up until the last min? Financial opportunities there as well. The pricing signage is not only inaccurate but, several price points on one end cap? How is that shop able?? I have No idea. Detailed zoning needed in most departments seems like the majority of the store is fluffed. The people up front are always decorated like a road sign. One had balloons, ribbons and all kinds of stuff. It was silly to the extreme. Salary management in the building, not all but quite a few hang outside and takes breaks, smoke cigarettes with the hourly associates. You can clearly tell that there is inappropriate behavior as well as conversations taking place there as well. Which also reflects on how poorly this place truly is run. Not to mention they make you stop and they check every single cart and recipe like completely. Now this is a good thing I guess, but like what happened to only stopping the criminals at the doors? Pretty sure theres some policy violations there as well. Youre. It supposed to do that last I was taught. Like I can see it in many of the customers faces as well that this slows them down from leaving again another line to get out the door and make them feel criminal...they were frustrated. Again, this has been over the period of several visits. I do think when the new store manager finishes plucking some of the weeds out of his building this place may stand a chance again. It is looking a lot better outside. You need some more trash cans in your parking lot though. Seems like there are a few missing. Good luck to everyone that works and shops here. I wish the best for you all. I hope you will read this and truly reflect on yourselves there.

Despite having 40+ registers, only 4 were open and lines went well into the clothing section. Only one self check out area was open and that line went back to midway in the grocery section. My husband called the number listed for the manager, but it was just the stores number and he only got the Customer Service Manager. We have been in several Walmart stores that has the managers photo with their name and CELL number listed. We literally stood in line for over an hour then there was an error made in the self check out register. There was only one lady and she tried to help us, but we had to go to Customer Service and wait in that line to get a refund. The receipt would not scan and the lady tried several times to enter the number manually to no avail. She needed the Customer Service Manager for an override and said it would go faster if I went to ask her for help. She was running a register and she would be there soon. She came over and eventually got it figured out and I was issued a refund. One hour and 45 minutes later, we left the store. Its rediculous to have so few cashiers working on a Friday night. We saw several people with yellow badges walk by and my husband finally stopped one and asked if they could open a register. She said she was going to the back to round up more employees to come work. Unfortunately, when we left the store, the lines were not any better than when we started standing in line nearly two hours earlier. I would strongly recommend going to the Walmart on the south side of town if you dont have two extra hours to stand in line. :(

As someone that used to work there I can understand the peoples anger towards the customer service. If anything I was trying to find ways to help the customer myself whenever I could unless it was out of my control, and I was an unloader. Whenever I tried to get someone to go to specific departments or get a manager to do so they would take their sweet time doing so. I had to apologize to a customer whenever I could and tried to keep them company and talk with them without getting into trouble until help arrived. Also, being a worker there isnt all its cracked up to be either. Working as an unloader you are practically blamed for everything that is not your fault. They expect you to get a MASSIVE truck done in about 2 hours and if not you either cannot take a break until it is done or you have to split breaks and even then they still get onto you about it. They hardly hire cashiers or any other places that need more people in them. Its always unnecessary hires like for overnight stocking in the wrong areas and so on. Walmart needs to get organized pronto it is no one elses fault but management for not keeping things as they should be in order to make customer satisfaction priority. More people need to be hired in certain areas and they need to figure out how their workload is going to look ahead of time so as to make the scheduling time correct around it.

This is one of the worst places to shop. They are extremely rude and racist. Example: My father looks like he is Hispanic. When they had the greeters at the front. Every single time they would card him even for a 2$ item. Then I notice everyone else around me they did not check. I also did an experiment as well. I spoke in Japanese except when I talked to the clerks I used broken English with a Japanese accent and had my shopping list in Japanese as well. I even tried the same thing using Spanish. Both times they actually refuse to help me. I also received some crude comments as well. Most were get out of this country and quote "That kid need learned speak English.". Which I find kinda funny because thats not even proper English at all. If you are waiting for help they either ignore you or walk off and tell you they will be back soon (and not come back). Half the store is mislabeled. Example of that is I needed a Class 10 SD card they had only one of those and the rest behind it were Class 6. They gave me the Class 6 one instead. I did not realize this until I got home. This Walmart is also one of the worst about fresh foods. It is so bad now I refuse to buy perishables from them anymore. They need to get there act together.
