Was shopping for a phone and a phone plain today and was ignored for about 15min and just left. My wife Got her I phone 6s in the mail today an unlocked phone and just need a nano sims card for internet purposes till her and I get a plain together in the next few weeks. So she goes back to this Walmart to get a nano sims card and the lady in electronics calls her stupid. She came home all upset and called the store manager All we wanted is to come back into the store and have that employee to tell my wife she was sorry for calling her stupid. However the store manager refused and told her she needed to call corporate. Im on the phone waiting for them as Im writing this review. So dont go to this Walmart to get a phone or a plain they will just think your stupid.

There managing staff is rude. I heard them doing that whispering and laughing in reference to the lady in the line next to me. Never have enough registers open in evening shift. Causes customers to get mad at each other for holding up the line. Why would you not open another register when you have 5 people in line and 2 carts are full? I worked for walmart in Pittsburg, California. These people allowing this to happen and the ones doing it would be fired. Your most important priority should be the customer having a pleasant experience. These CSMs do not care.

They never stock this store. They call it a one stop shop, but I always have to go to another store to find most of what I need or want when I leave there. They leave some items off the shelves for weeks at a time. It is most certainly the worst stock Walmart in this area. Its truly ridiculous that the things I can only buy at Walmart they never have so I always have to drive to the Walmart in the next town in order to get what I need. UNBELIEVABLE!

We go here often and never have I had a problem and the other day I was really impressed by the service we had received. My son wanted a Bike and we had seen one that was marked down by $10 and we had seen that the peddles were a little lose (nothing that couldnt be fixed) and one of the managers said she would knock off another $20 if he really wanted the bike. So that really impressed me and we will continue to go to this store.

Do not use the Oil and Lube center. They are lazy and incompetent. They had me wait for over an hour and then decided they wouldnt change my oil. They stated the plug was stripped and it was leaking oil. IT IS A BRAND NEW FACTORY MOTOR. Took it to my mechanic who serviced it without an issue. Seems like they got too close to quitting time and didn t want to do their job. Way to lose another customer.

The pros of this Walmart is that it is RARELY busy and all the employees are polite and friendly. Its also a great Walmart to go to on black Friday, as its in a small city. The cons are that they dont carry many things that other Walmart stores carry, for instance their bike and sporting goods sections arent as diverse as some other Walmarts.

ATM ALWAYS BROKE OR DOWN!!! Going on week 3 this machine still down!!! What yall cant get a company to fix it? The employees at the registers are the worst and the ones stocking. Never a warm greeting when entering or leaving they just look at you. Dont like working around people? Then find someplace else to work!

Evil monopoly. No place else to shop. Walton owners earn more than 40% of entire nation. Owners exploit employees working part time who have to rely on government assistance to live. As far a Walmart goes, this is a good location. They do permit overnight RV parking and there is a fuel station next door. Also, there are several restaurants within walking distance (Wendys, Zaxbys, a Mexican Restaurant, and Johnnys New York Pizza). If you are passing thru this is a good place to stop.

The only 5 star I give to this place is the pharmacy staff. Other than that the old woman these people hire give attitude from hell and treat you as such an inconvenience. This isnt just a odd day, literally every time I come in here one of them are rude and its only the after 5pm shift. Im fed up.

I would rate less than one star if possible there are never more than two registers open at one time i have stood in the lines today for 20 minutes so far and still havent made it to put my groceries up to be scanned if my milk tastes funny ill know why crappiest walmart wished it wasnt here

Nice store, I had an associate in the electronics section named David who was really nice and helpful; unlike some other Walmarts I didnt need to search for 15 minutes or drag somebody over to help me purchase a game. He was very friendly too. Thanks David!

It shows they have certain items and once you arrive at store they have it. They blame the mc 40s for messing up the counts. I know this is not true because I work at Walmart and use one. This is human error or laziness to go look for items. PLEASE!

One of the best Walmarts Ive ever been in. Always quiet and well kept. Neat and organized. Easy to get in and out of the traffic. Not much traffic. Store employees are very helpful.

This is a good Walmart. My family moved to rockmart a few years ago, and this location always has what we need and when we need it. The only drawback is its not open 24 hours.

I prefer the smaller Wal-Mart. I actually do not mind shopping here. That says a lot because I dont like shopping. Everyone is nice and I dont like the bigger Wal-Marts.
