My husband went there this morning to get doughnuts with a $20 voucher and first the man accused him of trying to use it more than once. Then after he scanned it and realized that it was valid he said that the voucher company sold to many and he didnt want to accept it. My husband said, that wasnt his fault and he just wanted his $20 worth of doughnuts. The man finally put a dozen doughnuts, without letting my husband choose any of the doughnuts, in a box and said here you go. My husband said that the certificate was for $20 and finally the man put another box together and then told my husband he owed him $5.40. Needless to say we will not be back or recommend it to anyone. We didnt even get the kind of doughnuts we like. I dont know if he was just having a bad day or what, but that is horrible customer service! I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but that is ridiculous. Please be careful purchasing certificates at this shop.

I cant believe it, but they make the best cafe mochas. They are incredibly smooth and you get it at a great price. The doughnuts are good too. Ive picked up a couple dozen for work and it doesnt break the bank. On a side note, I almost always get something at no charge when I go. Theyll throw in an extra doughnut or warm up a pig in a blanket. The staff and the owner are very friendly and always welcoming. You should try it sometime.

This is the best donut shop in NKY. Service is friendly and prices are fair. I am happy to see they were able to open a second location on Mount Zion Road. The quality of the donuts are excellent. The only complaint I have ever had is people know about the place and sometimes they run out of what I like. I wish you continued success!

I really want to give them 5 stars for effort. the store is very clean and cute. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The selection of breakfast doughnuts was pretty small and they did not taste good at all :( i bought 1 dozen for my bfs bday and we took bites from several of them and they just werent good... waaaa...

Best Donut shop Ive been to, owners are incredibly nice. Donuts were extremely delicious, the white chocolate latte was great. Price is supurb considering the quailty and quantities; you only have to pay for 10, the other 2 are free. Overall no complaints its a donut shop you must go to and you will come out with a smile.

Went (somewhat) out of our way in search of morning donuts (passing up Dunkin and Emersons) and was thoroughly satisfied with our experience! Best donuts ever, first class service and am now hooked on their signature Pink-in-a-blanket jalapeño (esp.) item!

I dont understand these low reviews. These guys are fantastic and their donuts are way above par. Comparing them to Kroger and Dunkin Donuts is like comparing a Ferrari against a Hyundai. Are you sure you guys have been eating at the same place as me?

Not impressed. The staff seemed irritated and wanted to rush me. Small selection. Doughnuts from Kroger or Dunkin Donuts are better. We even ended up throwing away the doughnut holes we bought because the taste was not worth the calories

Well, they do have coffee and a pig in a blanket! But, this is not a donut shop. If you want a good donut, I dont recommend this shop. You can go to Krogers to get the same selection of donuts. And Krogers have better prices too!
