The doughnuts are great, there is no denying it. They also have amazing croissants. But the parking situation, the service and the bagels all leave something to be desired. I stopped in there this morning and had the most ridiculous time trying to find a place to park. I had to maneuver around 4 cars trying to leave and three cars trying to park and no one knew what they were doing. It was a madhouse and made me really frustrated. Then when I got in I waited in line for like 8-10 minutes, which was fine. I got a dozen doughnuts and two blueberry bagels, which they assured me were amazing. They gave me my doughnuts, then told me my bagels would be right up. Well, the bagels were ready in just a few minutes, but they sat on the back window ledge for over 8 minutes while the person filling orders in the back called repeatedly that they were ready, but was ignored. Finally I stopped one of the ladies filling doughnut orders and begged her to literally just reach behind her and hand them to me so that I could leave. When I finally got my bagels, I got back to my car and had to try to manuever around a car that was parked almost directly behind me, because there are only about 5 parking spots, so they decided they could just park anywhere. when I was FINALLY back on the road, I pulled out one of the bagels to give it a taste. It was the most dry, bland, un-bagel-like bagel I have ever had. It just tasted like dry bread, it was not the dense bagel consistency it should have been. It was probably the worst bagel I have ever had. Literally I threw the two bagels away. I almost went back to get my $2 back for the bagels, but decided it wasnt worth fighting the mad house of a parking lot again. So, bottom line, they have great doughnuts, but stay away from the bagels and be prepared to fight for a parking spot with your life. I will NEVER go back there on a Saturday again!

The only reason I do not frequent Dough in the Box more often is that it is a bit of a drive from East Cobb and we have Tip Top, which is created by the same people that created Dough in the Box. The one advantage Dough in the Box has over Tip Top is that they seem to experiment a bit more, which leads to a greater diversity of options. If they have frosted croissants, you cant go wrong getting a half dozen... I wouldnt recommend fewer than that as its impossible to eat just one and they are so good you will want enough to share with others.

OMG! Mariettas best kept secret! I have drove past this place over 100 times without stopping in. My wife saw a post on Facebook and said we had to go. We arrived near closing and didnt have much of a selection but what we found was great. At 15 minutes till closing the donuts were still very soft and tasted fresh. Since then we have been back about 5 times for the family breakfast (sandwiches and donuts). Very reasonable prices and you cant beat the free donuts holes with every order. Will be back again very soon.

About 30 mins ago was my 1st time going here. Theyve recently changed their closing hour from 2:30pm to 6pm. Staff was super friendly and I talked to the owner whose husband makes everything fresh daily. I am sitting here eating their ham, turkey snd cheese baked croissant...all I can say is WOW. IT IS SOOO DELISH!!! I also purchased a 1/2 dozen doughnuts but have yet to bite into one. They have a mango filled doughnut too!!! FIRST TIME CUSTOMER HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A LIFELONG CUSTOMER!

Wow! First time to try this company and they were amazing. The doughnuts were SO delicious and the staff were friendly and kind. It wasnt until after we left and drove to a park and opened our box of doughnuts that we realized they threw in at least a half dozen doughnut holes for free! Soo, yeah, would totally recommend these guys. Awesome company! Keep up the good work!

Delicious doughnuts but they increased their prices significantly!!! If you love Apple Fritters they charge extra. Specialty doighnuts are $12!!!!!!! At Devs doughnuts on Powder Springs Rd in Marietta they give you a dozen of Fritters for $8.50!!! I am now a faithful cuatomer at Devs Donuts next to the Dominican Restaurant.

Co-worker brought these in today. A powdered donut filled with cannoli style filling complete with mini chocolate chips blew us all away!!!! Dont even see it on the menu, but hope they keep it around. Had never even heard of this place and now we cant wait to try more :)

So good! On a recent and first visit, I got a couple doughnuts and a coffee. Then I sat down and overheard an employee say that fresh apple fritters were coming out. Gimme!! So I order that too! It was so good!! Ill be back for sure! Plus the customer service was awesome!

Ive never had a bad experience until today. I went in and ordered a dozen donuts they charged me extra when they never do, I asked why and she responded in a very rude mannered way. She even said "Ill just take them out" and laughed. What a bad way to treat a customer!

BEST doughnuts Ive ever had! Discovered this place about 3 years ago & I have not been to a Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts since. The owner & employees always greet me with the best service. Doughnuts are beyond fresh & worth trying. No place like Dough in the Box.

When they opened up under the original owners, they were fantastic, and the donuts were made fresh, first thing in the morning. Under the new owners, it is apparent that the donuts are made the day before. Sad to see a place slide so badly. I go elsewhere now.
