A pretty good sized mall for the area it serves. The owners do need to pay attention to customer traffic though. Its seems wrong to have several corridors filled with people and a few of them just about empty. The anchors include Penneys, Dillards, Macys, and Sears; your basic mall anchors. Sears seems pretty empty in comparison to all the other anchors. In line tenants range from national retailers like Hot Topic and FYE to local and smaller scale retailers selling everything from kitchen wear to books. The food court is pretty small it includes many of the basic mall eateries but still could be better. Bathrooms are pretty scarce in the mall but then again thats been an issue with most malls. Security isnt always the best either, most of the time they keep the place clear of trouble but can overreact sometimes when it comes to safety during weather. Also it seems to me that the mall owners have a time trying to keep the enclosed portion filled as it seems each time I walk in one store has closed and another has opened in its place. As far as outparcels go it seems the owners found it easier to have outdoor plazas built outside as opposed to standalone stores. This is mostly effective as it allows for smaller scale businesses to operate on high traffic property and allows office buildings and call centers to operate in a conveinient location. Some of the outparcel centers however are nearly empty which looks really bad for the area. Overall, Greenwood Mall manages to do okay in an economy where open-airs and downtowns are dominant. My concern is whether or not it can maintain its current status.

This mall has it all for Bowling Green residents and surrounding towns who dont want it OK make the trip into Nashville! Has the shops, the food court, the boutiques, the hip stores young adults and teens want as well. There are the old traditions like JC Penney, SEARS, Herbergers and what-may-be of Macys. There are plenty of clothing lines for all ages, sizes and tastes, For parents or sitters, there is an awesome, wonderful play area for kids to burn off energy, which is free and right in the center of the Food Court, not to mention a smallish Chuck E Cheese also on the property, but tucked away so kids wont see it unless you actually want them too. Very thoughtfulThere are parents who come just for the air conditioning and the play area during hot summer days or bad weather stretches. Mall walkers love it too! Also, a big thumbs up to the staffers who keep it safe and clean! There you have it, Greenwood mall!

Security it rude--- Today I saw them throw out an old lady for wearing sandals. I heard them say "That foot wear is band because of OSHA and Health Dept Ruls" They are ignorant there is no such thing when it comes to customers only employees. Are they the shoe police? Who are they to decide what people wear. They should be glad that in this economy people are spending money there. a few people that were around and I left since most of us were wearing flip flops and did not want to go to "mall jail" This goes down with what happened last year to that other couple. If you want respect for spending money, spend it somewhere else.

They have wonderful employees and a great selection of stores, but some, like FYE are so small that there is no room for more registers, regardless of how much business they generate. They had one register an I stood in line for so long that I put my stuff back and left. The massage chairs are heavenly after a long shopping excursion, the food court is ok, and the little rides for small children are a pretty good distraction for the kiddos and a little break for dad until mom gets finished picking up those last minute items

Indoor play area for kids in the food court. Carousel and a train that rides around the mall. Free Wi-Fi, but its a bit spotty. The mall is usually pretty clean. Staff at all the stores I have been to have been very nice. Security is "only there to communicate issues to management" and is "not allowed" to do anything useful in an emergency, which I have experienced in this mall. Dont bother calling them for anything, including an abandoned or missing child. Just call 911 if you ever have an emergency in this mall.

Aeropostale.....horrible customer service from the manager today!!!! Had to return clothes that didnt fit my son & was treated like an idiot. Funny how nice she was last Saturday when I bought the clothes ($150) and then so rude when I had to return them today. She got mad because they werent folded nicely and asked me if he slept in them for 4 nights before me bringing them back. Crazy!! Never told me thank you. The store was packed and I was humiliated! Will NEVER shop there again. Period.

Hmm, its hard to rate a mall, haha. All in all, the hallways were very clean, and only a few stores I entered seem disheveled. All of the employees I spoke to were very polite, if not a little enthusiastic about their product. But hey, thats their job and they do it well. Of course some things are a little more expensive than where ever else those items may be sold, but I found many good deals in some of the stores. Overall, it was not a bad experience.

Opening on Thanksgiving Day... I dont really celebrate but I know people want to spend time with their families or maybe just enjoy one of the few federal holidays that your average joe used to always get off without having to worry about their job security. General Growth Properties you have shown deplorable corporate greed, my dollars will no longer flow through your doors.

They have crapy food court choices. Wendys, Sabarros, Subway are the popular choices. Furniture an sitting area are nice. Too many speed bumps in the parkinglot. Sears has awesome appliance associates very knowledgeable. Check e Cheese is a nice feature for kids and they have a seperate arcade for kids and carosel in the mall food court.

Has an okay selection but is missing any type of major electronic store such as a Best Buy. They also wait until the last minute to post store hours or plans for handling inclimate weather. The food court has lost many of the staples that made it worth going to such as Chick-Fil-A. Ultimately its okay, but Opry Mills is much better.

Nice and clean mall. Really well maintained and not too busy. My family and I were here on a busy Saturday afternoon to shop for shoes for my daughter. The mall was easy to find. Parking was simple and the available stores were decent. Not a ton going on at this mall, but most of the basics you you find at most malls are here.

Nice mall very clean and grate stores to shop at. Big parki g lot in a very safe and clean city of Bowling Green. However, mall public safety is absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional. Rude to guest. And unhelpful in many ways. Ask about lights in restroom and the reply was "not my job" What a jerk!

The indoor play space is great for toddlers. It has a slide and other climbing structures and also space to run. The food court has child size tables and theres an indoor carousel as well. Just a few minutes off the highway, this was a great road trip stop for small kids.
