Listen up, I rarely post a bad review even when is warranted... but here we go. I have been here over 6 times in the last month. On one instance, they tightened all lug nuts except for 5 on one wheel, no big deal... my wheel almost fell off before I got home, but at least I made home safe and had to finish their job for them by tightening all the lug nuts down. Next I went to have wheels balanced. They did it, but incorrectly, creating once again another safety Hazzard. I have never been to a tire shop ever in my life that has tire in the name who has such a difficult time working on tires properly. If I were to make a suggestion to anyone needing their wheels or tires worked on, to take themselves or their families lives into consideration and go somewhere else!

High pressure tire sales. My car, a Mustang convertible threw a stick on wheel weight and had a slight vibration in the steering wheel above 60 mph. I told them I wanted the tires balanced and WAS NOT interested in anything else. The car is a "toy" and only is driven @ 4,000 miles a year on clear nice days and is parked indoors with a cover over it. In the period of an hour, THREE salesman approached me trying to sell me tires. Each time I explained I know I threw a front wheel weight and put very little miles on the car annually. By the third salesman I got short with him and said "Just balance my tires. When I replace them, Ill get tires elsewhere." Sorry, but EVERY customer gets the same sales treatment. Relentless and its not necessary.

This store is new to our area and they are doing a fine job of establishing themselves by presenting excellent service. The front office has been super helpful with helping me determine exactly what I need, and for not trying to push me to purchase extras. They are very professional. When you car/truck is ready, the service person who actually did the work returns it to you and gives you a full explanation of everything that was done. Ive found this is a great time to ask questions about the vehicle, as the service personnel will take the time to explain the entire operation. The entire store and shop is full of people who appear to be very happy with their jobs.

This place is awesome first of all I was greated at my car... Wait did he say? ...Yes! at my freaking car with a friendly hello and a how may I help you. I needed to get a new tire for my car they matched it up got me a low price on a new tire and the service was faster than time alotted. (i was told its take 30 minutes... It took only 15 and they were kinda busy with an almost full bay area) This place is great. The manager Derek Trevino is the man. A firm hand shake and a nice smile come from him and all his crew. And I found out they have locations back home so ladies and gents try these guys out. Youll love it.

Giving that I have dealt with discount tire in another state I felt confident with them boy was I wrong from the spare left in my bed along with the shredded tire that I paid a disposal fee for but on the trailer they put 2 different types of tires on and between twiddle dee and twiddle dumb I brought this to their attention then didnt even balance all 4 so the 1350 dollars I spent on the 8 tires will be the last dollar discount tire will see from me but Im sure that they will see me again for their warranty as the tires that were put on were not even the ones the salesman told me they were selling me

my wife took her honda in discount tire to well... get new tires put on of course. well when she got it back she called me saying something is wrong with my car. of course my first thought is some tire related.. no... she said her blinkers wasnt working as well as her radiator fans we found out the fuses was missing... i called and asked y the hell the stuff wasnt working when she picked it back up.. their excuse was "we thought it was a friend of ours".. idc if it was or not.. ur a tire shop. not a mechanic shop stay out of the hood of the vehicles.. this place is a last resort anymore.

This place is crazy good! I had a screw in a tire, causing a slow leak. It was located in the tire where a fix was questionable enough that they could have easily sold me a new tire. In fact, I already told them that I was prepared to buy a new tire. In a few minutes, they told me it was repaired and the repair was free! (They repair tires free whether or not you bought them there). The place is super clean. The staff is super friendly and polite. Free water and coffee. Amazing service!

Needed new tires and was planning on purchasing only two. They inspected all my tires and recommended replacing three. Got a great deal for on all four since I didnt want to have one bad left. They showed me how bad the tires were after it was removed. They were so worn they were on the verge of blowing. Very happy with the price, work, free water, and customer service.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is clean and well lit. They tend to be very busy at times and you should plan for a wait. The bathrooms are clean and they provide chilled water bottles to waiting cutomers. There are also several places within walking distance if you dont want to hangout at the shop.

So far Ive had 2 burst valve stems, 1 cross-threaded bolt, and tires put on the wrong wheels. Now the rebate card I was supposed to get from a Black Friday failed to go through, leaving me again with more paperwork to fix. This place really lacks on speed and attention to detail. Im done doing business here.

Worst tires place Ive ever been to. They will rip you off with their high prices and do not fix tires. I went to them with a brand new tire that was going flat once a month and left with a different tire that had 2 screws in it and they told me that they cant fix it and did not give me my tire.

I had a blowout in the middle of my roadtrip. Got Derek on the phone from 40 mile away, no one in the area had the tire i needed. I got to discount tire on the spare and they got me and my family back on the road with outstanding customer service.

I think they were trying to rip me off because I had an expensive car Im going to other places and theyve explain to me you dont have to go with that type brand for that car you can go with this brand and its just as good

Great place! Went in for new tires that I had my mind set on. The staff saved me money by giving me a less expensive tire that was much better. Handles better than ever. Im going back to get more tires for my suv.

You can always tell when a place has great management. It was nearly a 3 hour wait, because of the holiday weekend, but I couldnt be grouchy with so many smiling, friendly employees buzzing around.
