This place use to be great. We went to days ago to look through baby items. They had absolutely nothing and what the did have was extremely over priced. Small box of huggies was $32( $2 more than target). The compare at price they had on there was $73 haha. They are ripping people off. This is my second child and have never ever seen a $72 box of diapers. Not even organic. Just stay away!!!!! They wont last much longer with those prices

Bargains are ok. But, the manager lacks people skills, BIG TIME!! I bought something and had a slight, manageable problem, so I asked to speak to the manager. He was rude, very short with me and never did understand my issue! He obviously is like this all the time because when I mentioned it to someone else, I was told hes always rude. Bad business Essex. Love to visit and shop this location. But, there is always the same nice cashier up front with no help. i dont understand. there are several others walking around the last couple of weeks that i have been Christmas shopping. The lines get long and then they will send some help. With the holidays there should be 2 cashiers. thank you

Clothes are reasonably priced however the same cannot be said for anything else. The furniture is ridiculous! We were in desperate need of a bed and have a very small budget right now. If we had wanted to spend what they are asking we would just go to Costco and get a much better product with a lifetime guarantee.

You can find lots of good, random deals here. Some of it is open-box or scratch-and-dent. But everything Ive purchased from here has worked without a problem! It seems like theyve expanded their clothes area, but you can still find furniture, electronics, housewares, etc.

If youre in the market for a TV, but dont want to break the bank, this is the place to go! Its nothing fancy, but the people are friendly and knowledgeable. Troy was the guy who helped me, and he was great to work with. Thanks Essex, the experience was fantastic!

This is a fun store to look around. Like the name says, you can find a bargain! Be careful though, there are a lot of store returned merchandise here, and so things tend to have broken or missing parts. They do have a 30 day return policy though.

Usually I go in at find decent deals on stuff that I have been looking for and sometimes its just fun to see things at a cheap price that will be fun to try out just because it is cheaper and it would not be a huge loss if I was unhappy with it

Love to shop for bargains at this store as well as the newer one behind the Outback off of Old Fort Parkway. You may not always find what youre looking for, but youre also likely to find something that you want at a great price.
