I go to Michaels for a good majority of my crafting supply needs. It is a little more expensive than some other places, but it has a much bigger selection. They often have coupons online to give you various discounts on regular priced items, with a few exclusions. Ive noticed there arent a lot of people working there, so it can sometimes be hard to get assistance if you need help finding something. However, if you do find someone, they are generally happy to help you. This store has a lot of seasonal decorations and crafting supplies. You can get some great deals here if you keep an eye on the ads and coupons.

Well, they showed job openings on SNAGAJOB and a friend applied, called to followup and the hiring manager was extremely rude, "We are no longer hiring" and slammed down the phone! Hmmm, maybe someone should take over her position that has btr customer service! Terrible management at this location!!!

I love this store so much. They have some very cute things! Ocassionally, they have a decent sale, but usually prices run a bit high for some things. I find the layout of this store a bit difficult to find things sometimes. It took me a minute to find an employee to ask where an item was located.

I love Micheals products, and got so much cute stuff on sale. But I had a bad experience with an employee. An older lady working by the flowers and fabric cutting board, she was sooo rude! I hope I never have to encounter her again.
