DO NOT go to this store for Magic the Gathering. They will rip you off, and they will do it with a smile on their faces. And then when you call them on it, they jerk you around, even if youre a big spender like me. They have extremely poor trade values - Im not talking about trade for cash or brand new product. Im talking about taking in $25 worth of cards and expecting to lose maybe 5-7 of that on straight card for card trade. Not these wankers, oh no! For those cards they offered $6. Their singles prices are wrong, and they dont even use Star City for values. If you buy a card that you were overcharged for, they wont make it right. At fifty cents, thats a very special combination of greed and laziness as far as Im concerned. I spend literally thousands in that store and they punk out on fifty cents? No more money for them! Youd be wise to spend your money elsewhere.

Went in to return a defective controller, got screamed at by an assistant manager for "not knowing how to plug in a USB cord". "We get these returned all the time, theyre not junk". K. Had to literally shout thank you over him in front of a line of people as the other employee processed my return. I can get games and toys anywhere, I shop locally to support places with great service, and from now on, that will be anywhere but Vintage Stock. Honestly I dont even care enough about the place to call their higher-ups, and that should say enough.

This Place has cool merchandise. But, the service is really messed up. They are rude, rip you off, and, the biggest thing of all, I rented a movie, and turned it in a week late because they had put the sticker on the front, and now whenever i go to a vintage stock, they wont let me buy anything. They suck, sneaky, malicious, evil, cruel, and rude. Do not go to this store if you want the freedom to go to any other Vintage Stock. THEY ARE EVIL, AND PUT EVERYBODY ON HOLD, AND are cheapskates.

It is a fun place with lots of merchandise that appeals to me. However, I have not had any luck with selling or trading. It comes down to the fact that they do not offer a fair price. The trade offer is only slightly better than the cash offer. I recommend eBay if you are wanting the fair value of what you are trying to sell. For example: I brought in about 15 GI Joe figures to sell. They offered me about $15. I just made $100 on ebay with the same lot of figures.

Yea it is a good place to buy old stuff, but if you were to return old games go elsewhere pretty cheap on buy back compare to gamestop and other places. Also customer service is horrible here they always look upset or unhappy. my review is based on me coming here for about 2 years as a customer been to this location to many times and I will not be back again. taking business elsewhere.

Lots of cool stuff to be found. I went here looking for records, was not disappointed. Prices range from extremely affordable to extremely NOT. While they do offer to buy your used stuff, dont expect more than 10%-15% of its resale value (of course, this is typical of the industry. If you want more, sell it yourself.) The staff is very friendly and the place is clean.

I havent bought anything from Vintage Stock yet, but they seem to have a great selection, on movies, & TV series, as well as Anime/Manga Novelty games. Ive also seen a lot of games for the older console systems, I have an Atari 1600 & a NES, I saw a bunch of games Id like to get, just to relive my childhood days. :D

Really good games always has the cheap prices lines arent too bad great selection of Xbox360 Games Rarely run out of stock disks are always in good shape if you guys give bad reviews they dont always have what you want so dont give bad reviews just because they dont have the thing you want

They are always super helpful. Even if they dont have something in stock they go out of their way to find it at another store or find something close to it you might like. They also love to talk about movies and video games so you leave feeling you have new friends

Great selection of games, movies, posters, and comics. Tons of gaming accessories! Staff is very helpful and willing to answer questions. Even better, when the staff doesnt know the answer they will say so instead of lying, and they helped me find the answer!

Ive been in there since I moved back home from Minnesota and Ive never had any problems finding anything I wanted the staff is really great the prices are just right and they have merchandise that I know I cannot find anywhere else

My boyfriend loves this place. I can usually find any movie I want to get from A-Z. If for some reason they do not have it they will order it for you. You cant beat the prices. They have game consoles for most all games.

Great place to buy Vinyl with a decent selection that is comparable to Amazons prices. It can also be a great place to buy games for classic consoles but the prices can be about equal or more expensive than Ebay prices.

They are a good place to buy used CDS, DVDs & Games, but I wouldnt recommend selling your stuff to this company, because they dont give you what the stuff is really worth.
