Honestly, the Game X Change nearby me in Fort Smith is a great place to go to when you have/need questions and answers about any game system, and games from back then till todays time. Ive met each and every individual that works there except for the manager, each employee has treated me with such respect and takes their time for each question I have. Im a frequent customer there and can call me a regular, Ive bought a couple game systems there and never once seemed to dissapoint with the way they handle with such care on their customers. If youre just looking around, theyll ask you what you would need or what youre trying to look for, they know where everything is and will guide you throughout the store. There are reasonable prices on such great video games and systems itself, tablets, phones, chargers, etc.. Overall Ive never once had a problem with this great game store, the employees are very respectful, and their customer service is definitely a 10/10. Oh and I suggest that if youre into video games an all, or movies, and you exhange a bunch of stuff, Id go with "in-store credit" because youll get way more with that instead of cash. EVERYTHING IS A 10/10. Gonna stop by a lot this year. Keep it up guys. Dont dissapoint me!

Second time in the last two times Ive been there where a mistake was made or an associate blatantly lied. First time: I went to go buy a game, took the game home and it had a ridiculous amount of scratches on it and it wouldnt play. Went back the next day to return/exchange and the same associate that sold it to me said that it shouldnt have been sold like that. Second time: family member went to go get a headset on my behalf. I wanted to get a standard Xbox One headset. The associate at the store lied and said a different headset was the one that comes standard with Xbox Ones. Tried it on the console and, even with the volume all of the way up, could barely hear people in party. It then stopped picking up my voice at all for around 15 minutes and then after leaving and rejoining the party several times and reconnecting the mic several times, it finally started working again, yet at the same low volume. Sad to say I will never be going here again. These arent the only mishaps that I have experienced, but they are the only ones that I can remember really well.

Well if you go to this store your going to get some bull crap service they think they own your stuff before they buy it this dude slammed my system down on the table throwed my cords around and the same he did with my games so I suggest no one to come to this store it shouldnt even be a game store if the all got some bad attuides I would rather go to game traders they give a better price on your games and dont slam them around like game exchange I advise you not to go to this game store same with game stop as well they dont give go prices either game traders is the only store I would go to.

I have met some of the staff at this place of business and i must say i really enjoy coming in seeing John, Kevin or Nick.. They are exceptional hard working young men that are dedicated to the means of providing the best quality service to the customer.... I wish I could say that about the other workers that are there as well but I will not bad mouth them... You know who you are... I just want to encourage you to get back to the basis of providing excellent customer service to those who enter in to your place of business... A few sour apples in a batch can ruin all the other apples

The customer service was abysmal, the employees were rushed, seemed like they didnt care what i had to say. They not only had a crap attitude. But they refuse to price match or do any barter of the sort, Game traders was A LOT better and would discuss the history of the games with me and would do a little extra to make me feel better about my sale or purchase. When you try to sell with these guys. They make it seem annoying and like its taking up their time. I will never shop there again. Game stop and especially Game traders are the only shops for me in person.

The workers are nasty and smell really bad like b.o they only hire losers that get mad when you ask them about a game that is coming out I will be spending my money at the pawn shops around town they have a way better same selection and they are professionals that know info and are willing to help unlike game exchange I know know why the location on zero closed there stores are all alike

By far the best game store in Fort Smith, even better than GameStop. They sell practically everything. You can find anything from a Super Nintendo to the newest generation of console/games. Their prices are affordable. They even carry tablets and phones. Not to mention the fact that you can find any accessories you need, such as hard drives, contollers... you name it.

They dont deserve even one star. They sell defective items that if working order are expensive. There policy and people care very little for the consumer and only protect the company so they can take advantage of people. Stay away if possible. Nothing but trouble and broken products.
