If you ever find yourself fortunate enough to be in the very small town of Newhall, IA (population: 925), be sure to order a pizza from the First Stop. I had heard stories (verging on legend) about how good the pizza was. I tried a slice to go and it was ok. When I came back to town a few weeks later, I ordered a whole pizza...and Im glad I did! It was truly amazing. Ive also heard that their soft serve ice cream is better (and cheaper!) than Dairy Queen so I look forward to trying that soon.

They do a great job of keeping current with the gas prices, they even offer E-85. They also have awesome daily lunch specials!
