My boyfriend brought a carton of L&M cigarettes from this place and he asked the female cashier for a carton of L&M 100s and she gave him a carton of shorts instead of 100s which he didnt notice until he got home. Then when I called them to ask if we could exchange them for the right ones and the male owner that answered the phone was very rude and yelled at me because I didnt know the female cashiers name, jeez really. It isnt like they wear name tags like they should and they dont even wear uniforms. His employees are too busy playing on their phone instead of getting the customers right order. Then you have the nerve to yell at me when I called and I nicely asked to exchange them? Now thats very poor customer service. I used to shop their all the time cause its close to my house but after that rude treatment from the owner, I will never shop there again and I will be telling all of my friends and family not to shop their. We will take our money else where, somewhere they treat their customers with respect. I will shop at Smokin Joes on university by the Iowa state fair grounds. They are way nicer.

I do not hate this store I love this store because the guys that work there are great I dont personality know them they are very nice out to please the customers very friendly to everyone they make sure to find what your looking for and they are on there toes on the go from what I see when am in there the night and day shifts they are the best I have seen in a long time so keep up the good work you guys are great love you all
