If I could score this 0 stars, I would. The sales guy and manager were completely inappropriate tonight when a group of us stopped in after a dinner out. One friend had forgotten their ID, and refused to let the next girl in our group buy the 4-pack that she was purchasing-even though she had an ID. They were very unprofessional and nasty to her, and when she left the store, they made icky comments about her, ie. "Should I get her a tissue, too?" However, they allowed another guy in our group to buy the beer that the IDless friend originally was going to buy. None of us had ever experienced such horrible service, and when questioned about their names, so we could report their terrible customer service, they refused to even turn around and acknowledge us talking to them. Awful service and a sub-par liquor store.

Ive always had great customer service here, but the craft beer selection is lacking. I get that not every liquor store can have all the unique beers, but at least try a little harder. Its the new big thing after all. I would go here much more often if they had some unique beers available.

I refuse to shop there any more. My wife didnt bring her ID and wasnt even buying anything, but they still refused to sell to me WITH my ID (BTW, Im 40). I understand and appreciate being careful about who you sell to, but this was just plain ridiculous and rude.

Great customer service! Gave great suggestions! I personally like that they carded both my husband and I. To me thats being responsible. You shouldnt be going into a liquor store without youre I.d. Anyway.

Good service, great people. Evilbob, need an I.D. everytime ya tard, its the law, they card everyone, dont rate a business bad because they were doing their job.
