Here you have this fabulous new Hy-Vee to shop in and it is convenient for me to shop there. Having grown up shopping at Hy-Vee it is what I am comfortable with. However, there is absolutely no one in the isles to help you and no one is smiling. If you go there and actually have something to look for and want help you may as well know now that no one will be there to help you look for it. If you do get lucky (if you call luck pulling the guy behind the meat counter) and find someone to help you they actually portray as though they are bothered by your question. I had one guy tell me to go look for my item in three different spots never once offering to show me himself where to find the item and I still left without the item. RIDICULOUS!!!

GREAT customer service. I go to this Hyvee regularly and they always treat me well. But yesterday, a cashier named Joe went above and beyond his position in order to help me preserve the white rose I was buying for a funeral. I asked Joe for that do-dad you put on the end of stems that holds water and hydrates the flower. He said that Hyvee didnt have any in stock, but he ran over to the water fountain to wet some paper towels, wrapped the end of the stem, and put the end of the stem and the paper towels in a plastic bag. He didnt have to do any of that but he said he was happy to help me take care of the single flower I was buying. I hope his managers know how hard he works for Hyvees customers.

Wow this new location is stunning in side the lay out is perfect they have a better bakery then the others a full sushi bar even an ala carte area. They have a huge personal care area and large wine and spirits area. The meat selection here is unbelievable with the normal meat counter as well as a section with larger cuts for those who host BBQs you can certainly do it right. They have a large candy selection and coffee, granola, and even spices by the pound. Honesty cant wait to see how this location effects the farmers market!?

They will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. Call the bakery or meat department and they will make what you request and have it ready when you arrive; I call the day before. There are always plenty of people working so its easy to ask an employee where something is and they have always taken me to where the item is Im looking for. I have had some bad experiences at some Hy Vee stores, but NEVER at the Fleur Drive Hy Vee. Wonderful assortment of fresh products! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Walking distance from the airport. Nice restaurant. Stephanie was a great server. Loved the mac and cheese burger. But the batter dipped bacon was inedible and I had to send it back. They remade it but the second time was still greased soaked and it made me sick. No wonder the server told me "it was going away". If I lived here, I would shop here every week . Place is huge, well lit and items well displayed. Enjoyed it so much (except the bacon) Ill be back next time Im in town.

I have to take a picture of anything on sale. I have to wait for them to price check every 3 times I go there. Then they are rude when I say...dont I get it free? Or at the price point you had up? "Nope..sorry" the jerk of a manager that use to work there (probably in his late 30s with light orange/blonde hair & heavier set) is a rude one I I AVOID. KUDOS to the NIGHT CREW! THEY ROCK!

Hy-Vee is an Iowa and Western Illinois staple so anyone who lives in this region may be offended by my 4/5 review. The stores are excellent for ready-to-go meals including sushi and the ever popular Hy-Chi (Hy-VEe Chinese), quick prepare meals, one off purchases, flowers, and quality gas stations. The review is missing one star because of the high prices and low-quality produce.

Horrible set up now. No rhyme or reason for item placement. Items found in multiple areas. More walking space means less of an item on a shelf. If you are lucky to find what you need it might not be stocked on the shelf that now only has room for a few of some items. Friendly smile not in any Isle these days. After 11 years this store will now be my last resort for shopping.

This Hy-Vee really is friendly to its customers. My husband and I visit this Hy-Vee At least 4 times a week if not more. We both have a lot of prescriptions we pick up all the time and ALL of the pharmacy staff are so nice and very helpful and just overall this Hy-Bee store is the best in several locations through out our city.. We will ALWAYS be customers there!

Seems like whenever i go there, nobody seems happy to be there including some of the managers. I used to work at the hyvee in pleasant hill for three years and i didnt like working there but i still did my job and had a smile while i was doing it. Kids should be greatful to have a job. Im 19 and i have 2 that im greatful for.

Its a nice store. The produce section is well-stocked and the groceries are varied. They have a clothing section now as well which is kind of odd for a grocery store in my opinion. Beware if you go for clothes because they are in UK sizes. Like most Hyvee locations its a little pricey but the sales are good.

Love how you RAISED the price of the top alcohols by 20% minimum for the holidays. The liquor store down the road didnt. Which is where Ill be purchasing my supplies today. Which means Ill go to Wally World or southridge Hyvee for my appetizers. Your store will lose about 400$ from my wallet tomorrow.

I can not believe how LAZY the cashiers are here. They make a point of doing least amount of work possible. After checking all my items, they are too lazy to even say the total and then want you to take receipt from their machine. Has happened with at least three different people.

Anyone that has ever visited Iowa knows how much we love Hy-Vee and this one is no different. Hy-Vee is fantastic. The only complaint I would have regarding this location would be the lack of the new restaurants that Hy-Vee is rolling out but I know that will come in time.

Ill be moving soon and one of the things I will miss most about the metro, Iowa, and the Midwest in general is Hyvee. You never realize just great your grocer is until you are forced to use a different one. This is a great store and I highly recommend it.

As far as grocery stores go this one is fairly good. Decent selection of fruits and veggies, normal other grocery store stuff. Always clean and the checkout lines move quickly. Every staff member I have come across has been friendly and helpful.

possably the worst chinese food on the face of the earth. Who the frick puts bac-o-bits in chicken dishes? The beef and broc was rancid! Lots of MSG too. Spent about $18 and tossed the whole thing out. I guess IA have no clue what real food is.
