ToysRus let me down over the holidays I was standing out in the snow waiting for hatchimals and about an hour before they opened a clerk csme out and said all hatchimals and nes had been claimed.....the store hadnt even opened and this the first day of the ad. So I drove an hour in the snow to stand outside in the cold for nothing. I did eventually get a Hatchimal but not from ToysRus and they lost my business by the way they handle this years hot toys. Allowing people to claim them before the day on shelves is not fair business in my opinion.

They lied to me to sell a replacement plan. They would not look up my receipt after I moved and misplaced it. The manager had a nasty attitude and told me to look the receipt up online. They did the purchase under my mothers reward number who wasnt even there during the purchase and no one bothered to ask if my name was the rewards number name. This caused me to have a crying and devastated toddler because the store was too pathetic to do their job. I will never purchase from them again.

I found a product on the Toys R Us website at a good price. I went to the store to purchase it but it was $15 more at the store. I asked about the price difference and was told the store doesnt honor the websites prices. Who else does that??? They were rude and flippant about it. I left quite ticked off. I moved here from MN and didnt like the Toys R Us there either. I feel a little depressed whenever I go in there. They arent the happy feeling store that a kids toy store should be.

Is it possible to give someone one star? Thats what these people need!!! I went there and bought a MP3, and it didnt even turn on. I went to return it, and they wouldnt accept it, and thought that it was MY fault! And I had an old gift card, from a few months, and they had deducted an amount every month it wasnt used, and then I had VERY LITTLE money left on it!!!

i always an employee there and was harassed by the staff there when i turned in my things because i didnt work there anymore and the staff there is very rude and the store is very disgusting and i would never shop at another toys r us ever again because of my experience there its suppose to be for kids and if i was you id rather shop somewhere else

The store was okay at best. I felt a lot of items were out of place and was unorganized and messy. The customer service was not good. When I checked out the girl at the counter didnt greet me, ask if I found everything ok, or even acknowledge me until she told me my total and I did receive a "thanks".

Ive purchased some toys from this particular store and the customer service was quite unsatisfying. Ive also heard some of the employees exchange swear words with each other. This is suppose to be a kids store for gods sake. I suggest anyone to shop either Online or a different Toys R Us store.

Too bad I cant give them zero stars on this thing - its what they deserve. Whenever I call with a question I always regret it - the tone is always that they are superior and Im too stupid to understand. Not pleasant, not helpful. The store on Army Post seems better.

When I was a kid I had several fond memories coming here over the years. They definitely have a wide selection of toys. This store doesnt have the best management though. It might have something to do with me growing up, but I dont like going here anymore.

Every experience Ive had with this store has been terrible. Like other reviewers, Ive tried calling and have had no luck. My last call I was on hold for five minutes after asking for a manager, it went from bad to worse. Avoid if possible.

Ive called the Toys R US store on University 3 times and no one has picked up the phone yet. They have been open since 6 am. Why isnt anyone answering the phone? Customer service is at its best. They dont even deserve one star.

The store is under new management now. It much cleaner than in years past, and Tim says theyve fixed the retun policy. The customer service person I talked to tonight was freindly and attentive. Maybe theyve turned a corner?

I tried to make it an in and out buy because I was in a rush and a girl messed it up because she decides she wants to sign me up for one of their cards. time wasted I could not get to my meeting in time

Some of the middle areas are too small to fit 2 carts down. Some areas a dark. But overall the place was clean and very well orginized!!! And we found some great deals for our daughters birthday

Workers try to be helpful, but most employees do not seem to know the store merchandise very well. From previous visits they seem to have a higher turnover rate than other retail stores.

Buy from Amazon. Store is expensive. Also if you loose your reciept without a rewards card you just lost that much more money.

My goto Toy shop. The birthday gift bags are expensive. You can get those for a dollar in Dollar Tree.
