Very impatient attitude, short answers, and vague suggestions... especially with the more knowledgeable DIY home repair experienced employees. The other teen / 20 something workers have trouble finding things, even when you already know what you need. Too many employees, too little knowledge. Ive been spoiled with how helpful Do It Best Syracuse Hardware is everytime. Only go to ACE because Syracuse Hardware is closed Sunday and after 5.
