He took the time to help me find the several specific items I needed, including looking online for the items that were not in stock, and even educated me on their use since I asked. This is the kind of customer service that makes for a good reputation.

We paid over $4000 for a bed from here with a lifetime warranty. It is now 7 months later and the massager is not working correctly. I went in to talk to them about it and all I got was "Sorry, we dont sell those beds anymore, we switched to a different company." They will never see another penny of my money.
