For Rentals and "quirky" products a great place to shop. For service and repairs dont be in any hurry or expect a call telling you that your equipment is ready. I can say I have been treated nicely, but the level of professionalism could use a lot of work. For warranty work you must have your receipt. The date of Manufacture/model/serial number will not suffice. Luckily the store I purchased from had an electronic copy of the receipt as I did register the product. Otherwise I would have been out of luck. You also have to specify exactly what you want fixed. This can be nice if you only want certain things done and dont want a suprise list of parts and charges. In my case I didnt know what needed to be done. I requested they make it like new. (my equipment is less than a year old). I had this mower in for engine issues and when i got it back the self propelled feature didnt work even though the engine now ran fine. Took it back and a week and a half later I am still waiting for my mower. Hoping I dont get a bill for something they forgot to hook back up from the first service as there was never an issue with the self propelled feature. I would use them again (even though it is inconvenient for me to get to their location) unless I get billed for the fix to the first service.

I filled up both of my 30 pound propane tanks last time I filled up at a different location they were both empty and it cost me roughly $27 and change this time when I took them off one of them was half empty the other one was empty in my total here was $57.28 so yeah not only do I feel like they stuck it in my butt but they will never get my business again

They always have what I need at a fair price. Propane refills not exchanges and they fill your tank up. If time means anything at all this is where you need to shop. I am in and out with what I need in the time it takes to walk to the door at the big stores. Family operated for many years.

Bad location, no one knows what they are doing, and things are OVER PRICED. Will never go back to or call them again for even a screw???

They just repaired my stihl trimmer and the service was excellent. Next time I need something serviced I know where to go.
