Absolutely horrible. I stopped in a couple weeks ago and asked one of the employees who worked in the printing area if they could print 180 wedding programs. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The only thing she said was to just make sure the paper we wanted to use was less than 100lb card stock because it might not work on their printer. Walked in today and the employee first said well this is going to take a couple of hours, which was frustrating as I live an hour away and now had to find something to do for a couple of hours. I also left my number and asked her to call if she had any questions or to call when it was done. Apparently to her that doesnt mean to call to tell me that the paper I brought in, which was 65lb card stock, wouldnt feed in to their printers. I find that hard to believe as my home printer (HP envy) prints fine using that. Oh, and did I mention she opened all four packs of paper and returned some of them bent.

A+++ Excellent in the printing center! Ordered business cards at midnight, didnt expect them to be done at the store for pickup until late in the day, but I called at 9am, told them I had a meeting at 10:30am and would it be possible to pick them up - they said yes and when I got there at 10:10am they were ready and I was out the door! Plus the cards were excellent (only 9.99 for 100), good color and heavy stock. Couldnt have asked for better service and will certainly return for all printing needs!

The general manager here is very kind and very caring...I had an issue regarding a sale price that ended early...he explained the issue and still honored the sale price...and is going to talk with an Unempathetic and apathetic employee I dealt with early that wasnt willing to try to assist with this matter in the morning...I would say he very much cares about his customers experience and if you have an issue you should attempt to let him know there is a problem and he will get it resolved for you :-)

Dont go here and expect them to have everything in stock that they have displayed on the shelves. I know it sounds bizarre, but I needed a graphics card, which they had prominently displayed on the shelves in an appropriately sized box. At checkout, the cashier told me it was just an empty box and that they could order it for me. That is a completely ridiculous concept. I went to Best Buy a couple of miles down the road and got exactly what I needed instead.

Staples associate, Keith, was extremely accommodating and helpful with printing my wedding invitation inserts on cardstock that I bought at a different retailer. I also appreciated Victorias diligence with trimming my inserts down so that they were even. Great experience! I will definitely return for my paper printing needs in the future.

Had employees shut down store in my families face at 659pm. Not sure what retail establishment closes at 7. Had to drive across town to office depot (open til 9) where we spent $200 on school supplies and a new office chair. Thanks for nothing Staples.

Guy in Copy print named Erik hates his job. Never a good experience when going in to get a print made. Always tries to tell you it wont work or that it will take hours to try to deter you from ordering anything so he doesnt have to do his job.

This is a specialty store. Computer paper products and office supplies. They have some home and school supplies too. There are some electronics here with software. Need to go look to see all that is there. Will had pictures later.

The bathroom was trashed. Toilet paper all over the stalls and by the sinks/trash can overflowing. The cost is really not back to school reasonable or college supply affordable
