Most definitely do not recommend! If I could go negative stars, thats what theyd get rated from me! Extremely poor service by Aarons and continued to be poor service since taken over by Rent-A-Center. This was my first time ever going to a place like this, and will be my last as well. I stated I did not want payments, made it very clear. I dropped $500 down on a $900 fridge. The next month I called to pay the remaining $400 to be done with it in two months; however, the young and un-experienced girl put it in the system as a payment and only took $100 out. She told me not to pay again until the follow month which pushed out pass the same as cash days (which of course I was never informed of). I told her no, I should be finished and she replied with, "Oops. I cant take another payment right now, so thats the best I can do. Just call next month and ask for my manager and hell fix it." I called and that was not only a total waste of my time, but put me in a worse spot then I was in with the young girl. The guy was a total idiot, like seriously made me question if i was talking to an animal or a grown adult! He couldnt figure out the computer, words he spoke were unprofessional and he mumbled most of the conversation as if he hoped Id get irritated and hang up. As it turned out he was the one I gave the initial $500 to, which wrote a receipt on a napkin mind you because they were out of paper! * That shouldve been my sign then! * Needless to say I have now paid almost $2000 on a $900 fridge, and dealt with their crap for a solid year, because of the interest and "fees" they charge on their monthly payment services. Ive never been late or missed a payment since they forced me into payments! They delivered the fridge and scratched my doors and walls of my house, dented the fridge, and didnt connect the water line for the ice machine or anything. They made zero attempts to make a bad situation into a good one. They put forth no effort. They never made a deduction from the price or offered anything for banging everything up in my house. Never offered to fix anything or try to hook up the fridge and water line, nothing...absolutely nothing! There were several other things they did poorly but no need to continue describing their horrible business. If you decide to go there, Im certain youll see it all for yourself!! I called the service line, well that is just as worthless as the store staff and managers! I will go to ANY OTHER PLACE before Rent-A-Center again!

This place gets on my last damn nerve! I dont reccomend this place to anyone. If you choose to go here, dont be 1 day late or you will get a call and or a tag on your door saying they need to hear from you immediately. I missed 1 payment 1 time but i caught my payment up as soon as i got back in town but while i was gone i had 3 or 4 messages and a note on my damn door! NEVER will i purchase anything else from Rent a center! Smh

The guys here are absolutely wonderful. When my husband got sick and ultimately died they understood all the financial hardships i had to endure and worked with me and my payments. Im very happy with the service.
