My review is relating to the company AT&T as a whole, not specifically to this Indiana store. I have had AT&T for 7 years now and I grow more and more dissatisfied. I have received good customer service, but I have an issue with their services and procedures. The HTC store has always provided me with great service, but they are at a serious disadvantage because AT&T services and procedures are a difficult sell to customers!!!! I am the primary number on an account with each of my sons having a line (2). Seven years back I shopped around to determine which provider would be best for my family, and that choice was AT&T. I STILL PAID ALMOST 120.00 WITH UNLIMITED TEXT, UNLIMITED VOICE, AND 300mb DATA. Since this time my bill has gone up and up progressively over time. I saw it go $$$$ up, fees here, fees there, fees that I had no idea what they were for. Some fees just showed up on my bill. These fees are all non-text, voice, data related items. I still dont know why there are so many darn miscellaneous fees on my bill????? Over time to lover my bill I would eliminate data, other services, but my bill would go up in one area because I lowered the cost for another service. NO MATTER WHAT I WOULD DO MY BILL KEPT GOING UP. NOW I PAY ALMOST 180.00/ MONTH, IF I DONT HAVE OVERAGES, SO IT COULD BE MORE THAN THIS AMOUNT. I am very frustrated with this company!! Ive talked to friends family and co-workers and have concluded that all the major companies are exactly the same with hidden fees i.e, activation, upgrades, taxes for every reason under the sun, service fees for everything. I am not sure what the answer is for the average consumer. The fact is that this is a matter of supply and demand and the major cell providers have more leverage than consumers. I need a plan with unlimited talk, text and approx. 5mb data with 3 smartphones lines for less than $140.00/month. Anybody out here have any good ideas????? ***SORRY ABOUT MY RANT***

Was able to get in and out fairly quick for the most part but I think thats mainly cause I came at a decent time when there wasnt too many people there yet. Never really a fan of the barrage of "adds" that are always offered (ie tv, home security, tablets, etc.) but I understand the retail business model enough to not really blame that one store for it. Overall, got what I needed and got home.

At&t need to fire these fools and hire new ones.I went on calling them for an hour straight.hearing the same damn response every time. "Were sorry", " press one to call back again". They refused to answer. At one point they answered and without saying a word, they put me on hold. Horrible service.

Giving it one star is too much. I hate that all the Internet in this town is At&T because it sucks. If I cant rely on this company with my internet how can I rely on them with my phone. This place is a joke. I use my 3G everyday at home because my WIFI is always out.

My wife purchased a Samsung Galaxy 8 on Sat. June 10th, noticed a horizontal line flickering on screen the very next day. Was able to finally get into store today 6/13 and was charged $45 restocking fee to replace phone. Im in shock... what a joke!!!

Service man didnt acknowledge that we entered the building. Sat there for 20 mins. to come to find out that another agent gave away my phone that was on hold form me. Poor customer service.

This store is consistently outstanding. I have gone there to handle my AT&T business account, buy at least 3 iphones, buy u-verse, etc. Never fails to impress.
