Terrible Customer Service I purchased a Google Pixel as a Christmas gift online from the Google Store, because Sprint cant sell these phones directly. Instead, Sprint sells retail sim kits to make these phones work on the Sprint network. I attempted to order the sim kit online from Sprint, but the kit would not arrive in time, so Sprint told me to purchase the kit at a retail store and then call to activate it after the gift is given. I went to the store at Hamilton Town Center and was please to find that they had the sim kit, which they were ready to sell to me. They asked me for the phone so they could install and activate it. I explained that the phone could not be activated yet because it was going to be given as a gift. They then refused to sell me the sim kit. I offered to call the store and let them activate the phone so they could get credit for the activation, but they stated that they could not do that over the phone. Coincidentally, both the Store Manager (Zach) and the District Manager (Josh) were present in the store. I requested that they sell me the sim kit, but they refused. Getting frustrated, I said "It does not make sense that Sprint would condone refusing the sale of the sim kit." The Store Manager stated "This is not Sprints policy, it is our policy that we are following." I collected the names of the people to whom I spoke and left the store. As a result of this stores policy, I must now give the phone as a gift without the sim card required to activate it. Because of the Christmas schedule, he may not be able to get it activated for a a few days. This is akin to saying, "Here is a great toy, but you will have to order the batteries and wait a few days for delivery."

It was horrable, I was told three different things by three different employees only to be told to come back on Saturday by John then told by another lady that they dont even ship things on weekends and after leaving three messages for John to call me back and him saying he would call me back so I can order my new phone imagine to my surprise no call back foor differ ent employees said he would call me so I can order my phone of them without a phone for four days now Christmas no pictures no photos or videos John lied to my face the girl Melissa lied to my face the Brian guy lied to my face the hippie looking guy lied to my face and the one chick I think Sarah she was rude and disrespectful I was told by I believe the assistant manager they were not a sprint corporate store so they didnt have to worry about getting me a phone or my insurance I asked if my message was delivered and she said it was put on the computer screen so she sure he got it so he mustve not wanted to call back.... Needless to say I didnt order a phone I bought one off craigslist and iPhone 6s for 200 bucks I know I have straight talk unlimited everything and its great for like 40 bucks a month best choice ever thanks to the disrespectful unhelpful people at this sprint store saved me a lot of money

We had an employee who was robbed at gunpoint two nights ago and had his personal phone stolen. We took him into this location to buy a phone at retail cost to replace it and the manager Zack refused to sell it to us because he wouldnt make any profit on the sale. He tried to blame this on company policy, but we drove to the Anderson location that is owned by the same company (Wireless Express) and they gladly took care of us and sold the poor kid a phone. When a company openly allows employees to value profit over people, the business will not be long for this world. I would highly recommend staying away from this location as long as this manager is allowed to run the store in this manner.

Glad I wasted 20 minutes of my time on hold, only to ironically have the call fail because of poor connection. Horrible service for a horrible wireless provider. Sprints "LTE coverage" barely manages to send a text message, and my bill is never a consistent price. I will be terminating my account as soon as possible. Do not use sprint.

I purchased an IPhone charger for my car when I bought my phone. It was recommended by the sales person, and I was told that it had a 1 year replacement warranty if there was any problem. Two months later it stopped working, and the store refuses to exchange it. Do not trust them.
