Pretty sure the 5 star reviews are friends and family. Prices are high, service is slow. DO NOT buy the insurance. I paid up front about 300 in insurance which seemed OK but getting the phone is a serious PITA. dropped one about 2 months after I bought it. The deductible on it was $100 and it took roughly 1.5 hours of awkward standing around and staring at a teenager to get it done. I was told the next time it would be $150 and after that there were no replacements. I was told people who break 3 phones in 2 years "Really shouldnt have smart phones". Well my phone was smooshed again so I went into the store on Monday first thing. They didnt have the phone in stock so the girl in the store had to send someone, somewhere, an email. I was told "You are lucky you got here first thing in the morning, shell probably respond really quickly". She didnt. I left. No calls. So much for instant new phone replacement. I called in the next day at 2pm since I hadnt heard anything to be told that girl who took my $160 wasnt in and the abrupt staffer cant check her emails, call back tomorrow. I asked a few questions and suddenly there was information... A phone had been ordered and Id get a call as soon as it is in. Also when I asked for a manager I was told there really wasnt a manager at that store. Im holding my breath. When I used to do the $10/mo insurance through Verizon it was roughly 6 clicks online, $100 deductible and I had a replacement phone at the door the next day. EDIT - 5 days later no replacement phone. Ive called 3 times got 2 different, unwilling to help people. 3 different people all just sitting around waiting for a phone sale. Wont check, have no one to contact for help (refuse).

I will not buy from this location again. Justin (might even be a manager, which would be hard to believe) is extremely condescending and also incompetent. My son purchased a new iphone 7 and we bought the insurance on our way out the door after Justins recommendation...."Twelve bucks a month and if anything at all happens to it you get a new phone!" He never mentioned the insurance is a third party company that also requires a $200 deductible. Since he conveniently left that out (my witness agrees) I assumed Verizon had their own insurance and perhaps it worked differently. When we recently returned to speak to him about it after the phone broke he treated me like I was an idiot for not realizing how insurance works. I politely replied that Im well aware how house, car, and medical insurance work, but was hoping Verizon had their own version since NONE of those details were laid out for us. You think he could have at least been upfront about the $200 deductible. He continued to talk down to me and did absolutely nothing to apologize for the fact that he mislead us. Clearly hes making a side commission off of selling the third party insurance...which I have no problem with --as long as employees are up front about the EXTRA costs so customers can make the best decision for themselves. Stay away from slim shady (Justin) and bring your business elsewhere!

This staff at this store will keep me coming back! I used to be a Verizon customer years ago and was anxious to go back, but they have more android phones than any other company. The staff at this store explained to me the improvements Verizon has made in their service in the past several years, and helped me understand each phone they had. They helped me pick out the best phone I was looking at for my needs, and I was able to get the phone I wanted in my price range, even though I thought it would be too expensive when I looked online!

If you want to join the Verizon family, I suggest not going here. They make their own rules and own prices. Yes they have a few corporate policies to follow. But they are not closely monitored by corporate Verizon. I had the worst experience with them. They sell used phones at full price and try to hide behind "perks" to make the deal seem better. When I called corporate to submit a complaint they said they are always having to fix problems this store causes. Buyer beware! Save your time and money go to a corporate store.

My wife and I bought our son a new i phone 5 for his birthday, when we purchased the phone we also purchased a otterbox case and the adaptor for his ihome. The purchase was great. However he wanted a different case and the adaptor did not work. When we returned the 2 items we were told there is a 25% restocking fee, we were never told about this fee when we purchased the phone and everything else. Be sure to read all the paperwork before you purchase anything from this location.

Ive been carrying a cell for 14 years. This was my best in-store experience EVER! I felt like I was well-educated by the time I chose a phone. Kyle was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the phones and their functions as well as the technology. He did not act like a pushy salesman. He was very much customer service oriented and interested in meeting my cellular needs rather than his pocket. From now on - hes my cellular go-to-guy!

Since moving to Fishers 4 years ago I have only shopped at this store. I have always been taken care of. I have even gone back in for help over dumb things and they have always figured out any issues. The guys that work there currently are fantastic!

Gunnar is a breath of fresh air compared to the old manager, Justin who was just plain dishonest. Gunnar went out of his way to take care of us when our phone went down. Please keep him at the Olio Rd location.
