After having not visited the store in awhile I remember why after yesterday. They have this attitude that doesnt seem friendly. Even the (team leader) whom I believe was steve. I stood around waiting with no help for 20 minutes watching a lady help another couple. I see several employees none provided help and when I finally found the "team leader" he provided slight assistance but he came off annoyed. And as I got ready to spend over 1000 dollars in this store the lady I originally waited on forever whom never called for assistance nor acknowledged me until she finished. Decided to rush me at checkout and say " ok you ready to pay I have these other people waiting" now while I thought it may have been me and all in my head my fiance brought it up how he felt we were being treated hence the reason why he walked away and allowed me to finish everything because he was getting pissed. Safe to say I like the store but those employees are the worst. So I will continue to spend money with family Dollar Meijer Walmart etc. Where employees are more friendly courteous and the team leader does not come off like a jerk himself.

Love the furniture section. The food section has cool variety of foods you wouldnt normally see too. Fun store to visit. My only criticism is the stacks of boxes they leave in they way. I think it is stuff they plan to put on the shelf, but it makes it hard to get around them in the already narrow aisles.

No carts available. Where did the carts go? Aisles cramped and certain areas dimly lit. The addition of refrigerated grocery items is...weird. Some prices are very good, others are a huge rip off much like the local dollar store. Youve got to know your prices well, not every thing is a bargain!

Since my local BigLots closed its doors several years ago I will go to any BigLots. This one is chock full of goodies to be discovered. Food selection is great and the prices are competitive. Can always find something you need here.

You can find some surprise gems if you take the time to peruse the aisles. I love their seasonal items and their pet supplies.
