If you really look and buy something on a percentage discount by date you can find a deal. But it may be wise to look up pricing online before you buy. Somethings are actually above retail price or only slightly below online retail. For example they were selling a can of cat food for 50¢ higher then you can buy it at any grocery store. I bought a scale (at a $4 discount from online for an open package good) and got it home only to find out it didnt work. I looked up a price of a hat and found that they were selling it for $3 more then online retailers.

I visit Bargain Hunt in Franklin and Murfreesboro very frequently! The one in Franklin seems to change their stickers so the date would not reflect an additional percentage off. You can see that most of their products have sticker residue from when they pulled the sticker off previously. I have seen items from 5 months prior that continue to have the most recent date resulting in no additional savings. Not sure if the store in Murfreesboro is delayed in changing their stickers or if the Franklin location is trying to make an extra buck!

You can find amazing things here. Keyword = can. Ive found amazing deals such as 8gb of MAC ram for 90% off, expensive jewerly over the years for silly low prices, and tons of new consoles 40% off. Theres a mix between underpriced and overpriced goods. They do get things in sometimes marked 30% above retail or amazons price. It really is luck based to find good stuff here, dont go in always expecting to find something. The staff are also always really nice. Store has cleaned up over the past years.

Staff not very helpful and often seem like they are dodging you. Many of the employees are pretty slovenly dressed as well (stained clothes shirts untucked etc). I give it three stars because you can find some decent deals here just be ready to have virtually no customer service and pray to find a cashier.

The deals are okay, the brands are typically no-name or obviously a purchase from a company that couldnt move their product. The idea and businesses model is extremely smart however and deserves a lot of credit. An okay place to shop, just watch out and dont assume everything is a great deal.

Ive been to several Bargain Hunt stores. This one in Franklin is by far cleaner, brighter and more organized than the one near my home. I still like mine as I feel the selection is better but keep in mind the products ebb and flow. I hit this one just as the Christmas stuff was coming out.

The offerings are varied (clothing to kayaks) and the prices are decent. I found Carhart shorts for $16, which I believe is a great price for that brand. Overall, the store looks a bit understocked and the floor needs to be polished, but some good deals can be found there.

Ill start with positive: good deals, often better than online. Have wide verity off items from outdoor, clothes, electronic to babies item. Negatives: unmark boxes that are hard to figure out whats in them.
