So I called today around 9:15am asking about a Xbox one. They stated they had them in stock, so I arrive at 10am to check them out. The lady I spoke to on the phone about the Xbox was checking in a pawn. So while she was doing that I was taking a look at what they had to offer. While I was waiting another worker come out of the back and didnt ask if I need help and went back into the back. 12 mins go by, another employee comes in, clocks in, and heads to the back, while Im still standing there trying to spend money if I could get help. The kicker is right when another customer comes in to pawn something he comes out of the back, doesnt look at me or anything and just starts to help the other person. So I left and and called. When the guy picked up the phone he acted like he didnt know I was there even tho he was in back watching the cameras. They just lost around 300$

Would have been great if they knew their stuff about dell computers. Told us the s/n number was not the service tag number went home and got on chat with sell and yes the sticker is now on back of computer not necessarily in battery compartment! Will never walk back through those doors and will not recommend! Go down the street to Gold deals!!! Would love to post the screen shots I took with my phone

Its they think just do your job and look up the prices not the intended think method and also rude disrespectful tell you a price then they drop it like 40$ and right in front of your face they do it at least the new people do and they say I name the prices well learn to make up your mind when the manager says 800 they will say 40 so waste of breath and need to learn new better respect

I did hundreds of dollars of business with this location back in 2011 and 2012. I decided to get back into the same business again and had high hopes that I could renew my relationship with them, but after being ignored and treated rudely twice now I dont see that as an option. Its sad, this was once my favorite pawn shop in Indy. Now its dirty, unkempt and poorly managed.

The base their prices off of ebay which is ok i guess, but when they look at the wrong item and price it that way is an issue. I understand they have to make money but $10 for a $300 tablet that is less than 6 months old? Really? They offered the guy in front of me $60 for an ipad. Wow.

Went there for a loan on an item that retailed for $400 and one that retailed for $500 and they couldnt give me a $50 loan but next to me a guy got a loan on a crock pot. All this after waiting in line for over an hour.

The women was rude and told me the ring I brought in was fake took it right down the road to another and they bought it for double what I wanted. Ive worked in jewelry for years and know whats real and whats not
