THIS STORE HAS A LOT OF NEAT STUFF, FROM THEIR FRIENDLY STAFF TO THEIR STORE SETUP INSIDE ITS ALL CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE IF YOURE COMPARING SIMILAR ITEMS AND NOT TRYING TO RIP THEM OFF, THEYRE FAIR IF YOU TALK TO THEM. NOW AS FAR AS SOME OF THESE OTHER REVIEWS, ITS A PAWNSHOP NOT A THRIFT SHOP OR FLEA MARKET, SO ALOT OF THE TIMES THEYLL WORK WITH YOU AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A REASONABLE OFFER IN MIND. BESIDES WHERE CAN YOU TEST AN ITEM AS MUCH AS U LIKE BEFORE YOU BUY IT AND GET CASH FOR IT IF YOU EVER NEED A SMALL LOAN, NOW ITEMS LOOSE THEIR VALUE SO IF YOU EXPECT RETAIL...DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIGURE OUT WHAT YOUR ITEM MIGHT BE WORTH IN A USED CONDITION AND TYPICALLY ON A LOAN ITS LESS, SINCE ITEMS DEPRECIATE IN VALUE THEY HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN ATLEAST MAKE A PROFIT IF THEY END UP WITH IT. BUT SHOPPING AROUND ALWAYS HELPS TOO....

This is one of the best pawn shops i have been in. They are very nice and Extremely professional. I have pawned things here many times and always have had my things returned in the same condition as i dropped off. Also alot of people talk about how pawn shops are rip offs , not true you just dont understand the concept of what it take to own,operate and maintain a pawn shop. Keep in mind they pay Overhead(electric, employee salary, and much more.) If you really want ripped off go to the pawn shop down the road next to McDonald On 52, Will make you appreciate

The brokers that work there clearly know nothing about Quality merchandise, I took a 500 dollar amp and a thousand dollar bass guitar in immaculate condition and was low balled an insulting 250 dollars. Pawn shops arent known for their generosity but these people were downright rude when it came down to a price and also used some pretty foul and misogynistic language. You have to make a buck somehow but its not going to be from me and I hope it wont be from anyone else that reads this review!

This place is great!!! I have had the best experience with their friendly and knowledgable staff. They always help me out when im in a bind. They make great deals on all of thier products that they have for sale. Prices are not firm you just have to know how to haggle. This place is great and their new location is even better. 5 Stars all the way you guys are awesome!!!!!! =D

the staff is friendly and the store is well stocked, but they are not that knowledgeable. i went to sell my DW 5.5 x 14 black nickel snare drum estimated to be about $300 told me it was worth about $100 then tried to tell me that if i wanted to get $300 i would have to have brought in a DW 5 x 14 maple snare drum which are usually $800+

Bought a ps4 from the pawn shop that did not work. I called to ask why it wouldnt be working and the Manager, Drew, was very rude towards me. And said that I was the one who broke the item. Very unprofessional behavior was shown. Very rude employees. Do not go to this pawn shop!!

The short Mexican dude in there has real bad attitude and bad customer service. Its not our fault u work at a pawn shop. Hes the only one walking around with a frown u cant miss him and Im not racist Im puerto rican and Mexican. Good customer service will get 5 stars

I went in yesterday and I will not be going back. The guy was very rude to me and I have never experienced such bad customer service in my whole life. It felt like my business was not wanted and everything the guy said he had an attitude with and rolled his eyes.

Went in today to look at a laptop. Terrible customer service. Was told at one point, I dont do research for my customers. Well lady, you dont do anything else for them either, well, except talk down to them. Lost a sale today and in the future. Wont be back.

there was an RC truck there a while back that was marked $600 so i thought, OK ill go home see how much it really costs. the damn thing was this piece of crap off brand that was worth $350 RETAIL!!!. (P.S. the truck at this place, didnt even have a transmission.)

Went in to look around since it says "gun shop" - yah no.... They had like 3 older style rifles, no handguns, no shotguns. No selection to speak of though they did have a few bows if that is your thing.

These people here rips every1 off your item will be worth 1,000 and they will offer to give u 150 bucks for it.. i say go 2 ebay its better and more money to be made then this idiots

Some good deals and high prices due to lack of knowledge in some electronics. Employees are either being aggressive salesmen or totally useless and trading on phones.
