I went to Reis-Nichols to see Brent Maple to talk about my grandmothers engagement ring. My boyfriend and I were getting closer to the engagement stage and I knew I wanted to use her diamonds when that day came, so I went to him to see if something was doable. Brent drew up a design of what they could do, while keeping the same placement of the diamonds but giving my ring something a little different with the overall setting. Brent is fantastic and so much help. He was there to answer all of my questions. After the surprise proposal, we went back to Brent to get our wedding bands. He was able to design another ring for me with using my grandfathers diamonds from his wedding ring. It was a seamless process and we loved both of our bands. When the band was made, the diamonds were put in a different spot that initially requested, so to correct the mistake, they put in 3 additional diamonds at no charge!!!! It was a small mistake, that they were able to fix with more than I could have asked for. I 100% recommend Reis-Nichols and Brent Maple to find the perfect ring, necklace, bracelet, or whatever jewelry purchase you are looking for.

We went to Reis-Nichols a few months ago and Stephanie Butler was a great help. I already had the diamond for my engagement ring, we just had to find the right setting. Id been to other stores and tried on practically every ring, with no luck. Since I live out-of-state and Stephanie knew I was coming to look for a ring, she emailed me suggestions weeks before I came to the store so she could find out what I was interested in. When I got to Reis-Nichols, I was welcomed by a helpful staff, great selection of fine jewelry, and clean and well-lit store. After trying on the rings I had picked out online and not being overly impressed, I finally found THE ring after trying another ring on as a joke with my sister because it was something I never saw myself wearing. I learned that seeing a ring online just isnt the same as trying it on myself. Stephanie was so professional and helpful ordering the ring so it could be shipped to my home in Alabama and following up with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I will be going to Reis-Nichols first for all my important jewelry purchases in the future.

Reis-Nichols is the only place I will shop for jewelry in the area. I bought my fiances engagement ring here and the experience was incomparable to any other store I went to. I started researching and looking at diamonds about 6 months prior to the proposal. Tiffany helped me find the best quality diamond that was in my price range. Then we moved on to the setting. I had a very particular idea of what my fiance would want. Tiffany patiently worked with me going through around 10+ settings until we came up with the perfect one. Kyle worked with us to get our wedding bands squared away. He educated us and helped us get a great deal on exactly what we wanted. Reis-Nichols was the only store that I visited that helped me stay within my budget and maximize the quality. Other places are all about closing the sale. Reis-Nichols is about getting you your perfect jewelry at the price you can pay. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Nothing but positive things to say here, we went in with no knowledge and coming out I felt sure I had made the right decision with my purchase. The "bang for the buck" was obvious compared to other jewelers. We shopped around afterwards because she did no know i had purchased anything and after being taken care of so well, we only lasted 10-15 min in other jewelers. RACHEL MARTIN took very good care of us! No pressure, no hidden anything, she let us tell her what we were looking for and she showed us options and tips and tricks to be practical while also getting a great deal! My Jewelry Consultant, Stephanie Butler, always goes above and beyond to help me accomplish my goals of obtaining the perfect piece of jewelry or modifying or repairing my existing jewelry. All of the staff present are very cordial and make me and my family feel welcome. The jewelry repair work that I have had done is exceptional and I can trust Reis Nichols to only make necessary repairs even when estimates by other jewelers have included more work than Reis Nichols deemed necessary. Had a ring repaired. They did a great job and reasonably priced. The lady wouldnt give me a box for the ring though because she said people would think I bought the ring there and expect them to take care of it. She did however put the ring in a small baggie with their name and number on it. Seemed awfully silly. I think it was just that lady though she seemed "stuffy". Everyone else was extremely kind so they get 5 instead of 4 stars.

My wife wanted a 2nd band to compliment her wedding band. I went in to Reis-Nichols to see what they could do for us. They crafted a perfect match. The cool part is that they made it here in Indiana. How cool is that!! My only regret is not going to them first. Try them out you will not regret it. Erica and Marleen helped me with this ring they are great.

Had an engagement ring repaired here and the repair was done well in-house in just a day for a reasonable price (about what I expected, anyway, but I am not an expert). There was a minor problem that seemed to be due to the repair, and a week later they happily fixed that, too, at no extra charge. Service is great!
