Liked this place at first but then customer service went down hill. It took 7 weeks to get a dress altered. Then after numerous attempts to contact owner, the only way she got back with me was when I resorted to social media which was my last resort. Then she threatens DO NOT LEAVE BAD COMMENTS AGAIN. Then you should have responded when I said I wanted to keep a personal matter. Then after 7 weeks I get the dress back & and she decided to also give me full refund. WELL, that paper refund was not written on good paper so the issue STILL EXISTS. If this dress would have been just put in the mail weeks earlier this would not have been a issue, been done and over. Now it is still dragging on. This is over a $20 dress that was not even worth that. I do not walk in her shoes and she does not walk in mine. Just should have been handled when I was promised the dress or as previously said "just should have put in the mail".

JenDaisy is the best boutique around! Jen and her staff go above and beyond for every customer. She would take money out of her own pocket to make sure a customer is taken care of. This is now an online only boutique and Jen is doing most everything by herself and still has a family to take care of. I wish people would put themselves in her shoes. This a small business and she is doing the best she can which is way beyond what any other boutique would ever do. I have shopped with Jendaisy for 4 years and have never had better customer service. I love that they are so much more than just about selling clothes and that is just one of the many reasons I still shop there.

This is where I wish I could give more specific points because I would say they are like a 3.8 but not quite a 4. I always want to be impressed by this store because its locally owned, its so cute inside and they try really hard. The problem is they dont have that much inventory at a time. So Ive never bought more than one or two things when I go. Multiple times Ive bought nothing. They do have a small childrens section as well. Again, super cute and I keep going back!
