It never crossed my mind that you now have to look at both shoes or boots to make sure its the correct size and both the same size. I had a horrible experience, bought a pair women boots for a family member a Christmas gift. Sent them overseas the right side size 8.5 the left side size 6.5 and the tied on tags say 8.5 is the size I wanted. I return to the store to ask to speak the supervisor. The clerk called and ask what I want. I never seen the supervisor. What a waste of 25.00! Then again I bought men shoes that was suppose to be size 10.5. Marked on the tag. On the inside says 9? I use to love this store. Always I shop spending 500.00. Not no more! Very disappointed in misrepresented sizes!

This store location has little to pick over try a different location this one sucks. Most the clothes sizes and tags are out of order literally have to go threw and look to see if its right size.

Sometimes their selections have been limited by style and sizes. Was better when they first moved to Washington Square. Wish they can expand departments with more selections!
