Horrible experience only gave one star because you cant give zero. We went into the blue mile to buy running shoes and we were not greeted by anyone. The three workers were with someone, but the person that came in after us got helped and we still werent being acknowledged 20min later and I decided to try on some of the sale shoes and still nothing. One of the employees finished up with his customers and went over to help the other person that was being helped by someone else. Never going back there again or buying anything from them again.

Went here and was looking for some really good tennis shoes after experiencing a broken toe some years ago. They had me on a treadmill to do a video of my natural gate to determine what type of millimeter offset I would need. I ended up with a pair of Power Grid shoes and they have the comfiest, cushioned insoles. They are pricey shoes but they are made to fit my gate. This is the first pair of shoes that I have purchased and are made to not let my feet roll inward when walking.

Went in looking for new shoes and to look at arch supports. The staff had little to no knowledge on fitting the arch supports. Then when asked about shoes with decent arch support I was told there arent any. The staff was quite concerned with one woman in the store and showed us no interest.

Love this place! Very knowledgeable staff. I needed a pair of running shoes that didnt make me hurt, so they watched me run on their treadmill and did a video gait analysis. Love having actual runners to ask about things and know what theyre talking about!

Well the idiot above doesnt understand that shoes dont have arch suppports so your ignorance was handled accordingly. The staff is awesome and knows there shoes inside and out.
