We have been ordering supplies from Office Depot for years. But theyre less then helpful when they make a mistake. We ordered a chair from the website and paid for it thinking we got a great deal. They delivered the wrong chair. So, we took it back to ta physical store to get the right one, the one we ordered and paid for. However, every one of the five employees standing behind the customer service desk admitted it was the wrong chair but refused to do anything to resolve the issue and were less than helpful in correcting YOUR mistake. We called the 1800 number and the person that answered still couldnt resolve the issue. We ordered and paid for a chair, and you delivered the wrong item to us and refuse to fix this issue. I guess we will be taking our business over to Staples instead. Your customer service is horrible.

While the variety of goods is fantastic, the floor associates tend to bug the living crap out of customers. I understand that is a good idea to ask customers if they need help, the employees are intrusive and do not respect the answer "no". They tend to intrude their way in to the customers browsing, after being told "no". I was bothered by 3 employees more than once (same employee asking to help multiples times). I had to actually tell two employees to "please leave me alone" at a certain point. I was called a "maam" by an employee that had a direct view of my beard, and decided to leave and never come back at that point. Ive worked in retail, and I am certain that this is not normal. The standards can be too high, and this store has an actual problem with that.

Took our tower in the first time to make it go faster and to remove any unwanted files. We brought it back to the office and plugged it in and it was slower so we took it back. The "tech guy" said yes there was a virus on it. How could there be a virus from just plugging it in. So we got the tower for the third time plugged it in and its even slower then the very first time we brought it in. DONT TAKE YOUR PC HERE TO GET IT CHECKED OUT OR FIXED THEY WILL JUST SCREW IT UP MORE

It has been 10 days since I sent out a package guaranteed to arrive on June 2, 2015. It is now June 8. My brother called to ask if they returned the package because he never received it. I looked up the tracking number to find that Office Depot had not even sent it yet. When I called to find out what was going on, they put me on hold forever and then each time I called back, no one answered. This is unbelievable!!!

Sorry Office Depot i think you need better working people an more friendly people what would help to is you have some one take calls an the other one look up the # of the item the man or lady looking for a item i think i well shop 1 time at your place an well not go back to any Office Depot any more so i give you 1 star for this need more work!

I I have bought from this location a you times in the. Its went through a weird transformations. I dont know maybe online shopping has completely changed my view on office supply stores ,but it still get a kick out of going over there. Major problem is the prices just arent what I expected to be

Store is very in organized. Everytime i go is a long long wait for anything. Go to the dont store lima and dupont. Manager walked by twice as many people were waiting in line. And a lot of staff was just standing around doing nothing.

Kids that work here are very uninformed about products. We bought a new desktop computer and was not offered any extra protection. When we asked about financing, they were clueless and said "most people just pay for it." ??????

I do all my copying, faxing, and other office tasks here. So simply and they are extremely helpful. Revised: Customer service (not in the printing center) is terrible and disrespectful. Phone calls are never answered.

Easy to get to and the employees are willing to sacrifice their time for their customers. I mean every dying second to help you find or get what you need. Plus shipping from their with no shipping cost is great.

Prices are way too high. I typically checkout the physical product here, and then buy on Amazon. Purchased ink here for $30, had the same ink on Amazon for $19. Needless to say I wasnt happy.

They offer really good services like USPS and FedEx and the staff is always very amiable. Items, though, throughout the store tend to be expensive, unfortunately.
