If you are looking for a COMPUTER = STAY AWAY! I have purchased over $3,000 worth of computers from this store in the past year. THE. PAST. YEAR! Each time I bought a warranty with it. After receiving a dud for the first one, the warranty company sent me a check for it BUT NOT FOR THE $200 warranty above and beyond the computer price. THIS HAPPENED TWICE! Finally I got a decent laptop for which I paid good $$$ for ($1200) and now six months later the battery goes and here we go again... worst service. Had to report them to Corporate HQ due to simple lack of doing jack crap to help after the sale.

Went into store to get a binding for 4 @ 78 pages each. Guess the manager didnt want my business. Couldnt wait for the items and "You Have To Come Back"! Live out of town so its impossible to drive back. If you need a service similar my advise is go to your local UPS Store. In and out in 15 minutes. I used my local Office Depot before they closed their doors without any problems, but this place near the Fayette Mall is a JOKE.

I cant fault the products or workers at OD but the company practice of making it difficult to use survey coupons; restrict the items that can be discounted with loyalty points; and the same for recycled ink points is awful. I keep trying to find a reason to put up with the frustration. Well see perhaps they wake up and change these predatory practices.

only place in lexington that had the original google nexus 7 in stock in 2012. you want a hot ticket item but cant find it anywhere else? try this place.
