This place has went downhill since Todd hired a bunch of terrible customer oriented help. I used Todd back when he came to your house. He did a terrific job. Now is a whole different story. The people are just plain rude. I really cant believe Todd puts up with it. I Wouldnt consider ever going back and I am spreading the word as fast as possible. My son had the same problem as one of the other reviews on here. Screen was replaced... One day later defective. Took back to resolve, was told "Coke was spilled on the phone and not fixable." A completely false claim!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! There are to many other legit places to go in town. I am so sad to see this place get like this. Time to step in and "clean house", Todd. These guys are ruining your business!!

Justin took care of my sons MacBook for me because my son is overseas in the Navy. The hard drive went out on it and I had ordered one from amazon, Justin not only put the hard drive in for me he backed up all of my sons file for him so that he would not lose unreplaceable pictures. Since my son is in the Military Justin did this for him free of charge. He also gives military discounts and if military sends their electronics to him from overseas to be fixed he will ship them back to them free of charge. This place as also fixed our I phone screens and just fixed my computer at a very reasonable price, everyone in this place has always been very kind and helpful to me. Anyone that says anything bad about them are fools.

Phone was taken in for a touch screen that wasnt working. They claimed to have fixed it. When it was returned, the battery was dead so it wasnt able to be checked there. After charging it at home, a line was now through the screen. I called and left a message two times as they never answered. The calls were never returned. I finally got through today. They said to bring it in to have it looked out. I just received a call stating there had been water damage since I picked it up supposedly. What?!?! They refuse to correct the problem or offer a refund. A huge waste of $90!

Worst place I have ever been to. I had to go back three times just for them to get it right. I will not be a repeat customer. I read some of the other reviews on here and the company even started talking back in a negative manner to some of their responses. This place just needs to go out of business, terrible quality screens and the worst customer service I have ever experienced if I could I would give them zero stars. 0 out of 10 for me. Youre business needs major work

Excellent service at the new downtown location!! Could not have been happier. Dropped off a dead iPhone 6. The phone had major issues with the operating software. It was stuck on the apple screen. I had tried everything apple recommended and nothing. They were able to download and install new operating software into the phone without losing any of the data or pictures. Job well done and the new location will be highly recommended!

Do not go to this place for ANY ELECTRONICS, Ive used this place for my iPhone, they couldnt fix it and never gave it back. Thought Id give them a second chance with my PS3, after having to call to check in on it because it took over a month as a result it did not work at all in the end. Whenever I got the PS3 back they did not give me my cords back and also gave me the wrong game. WASTE OF TIME

Employees are rude, ETA of item being done was 4-5 days. Its day 8 and I still havent talked to them expect for the times I have called them and they were pretty rude with me. Not suggested. Next time Ill just do the work myself and break it myself, saving 80 dollars

Took advantage of my young son today and wouldnt give refund 3 minutes after purchase when I point out that its not what he needed. The owner wouldnt even come out from the back to speak with me. He just hid in the back telling the lady up front to tell me no.

I took my daughters iPhone in repair. They not only didnt fix it .They removed the factory back cover & replaced it with a cracked clear one. They also lied about contacting us regarding this issue. Dont trust these people with your phone.

Ive had my phone screen replace twice, charging port fixed, and an internal IPad screen crack fixed by them all in a decent amount of time over the past few years. Everything functions properly and the employees were kind and cooperative.

Terrible on time was told it would take a few days dropped off on Saturday and was told done by Tuesday this is Thursday and have not received a call. Dont expect your stuff to be done fast or when told it would be.

Did not put all the screws back in after screen replacement. I ordered a complete screen off amazon and did it my self. Screen quality is much better on my amazon screen vs what they use... Replace it yourself
