I spent 10 minutes trying to get a guy to either help find an item I was looking for or find someone who could. He spent the entire time arguing with me about. At first he I asked him if they had any more of a product that they carry. He answered with "We dont carry that". I let him know that I had bought it there before and that there also was a shelf tag for the item. Then he told me that they do not keep inventory of anything in the back room. I know that to be a lie because I spent years working for Walmart and that company would not be able to function if they ditched there inventory system. I asked him if he could simply find someone who could help me since he is not able to. He replied with "They are in the back unloading a truck". My reply was "Ummmmmm okay........ can you go get one of them?". After about another two or three minutes trying to get him to get someone he finally referred me to the grocery department manager who was in one of the isles. I am not sure where the employees get off thinking that they do not have to deal with costumers, but I can definitely see why these people do not deserve better pay than what they get at this god forsaken store.

Never enough cashiers. I was standing 8th in line with people behind me. I was able to leave my cart the restroom, return to my cart, and the line still had not moved. It should be a standard operating procedure that anytime there are 3+ customers waiting ton check out, another line should be open. Even if that means a manager must do it. Slim pickings to when you need assistance throughout the store. The only exception to all of this I guess would be the customer service area is what I believe it is called. At the Westfield, Indiana Walmart that I am speaking of, it is after the photo area on the right hand side. This department area usually has many employees to assist customers and are usually "water cooling".

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered and today was the last straw. No one ever helps you find anything, the place is disorganized and poorly stocked (yes, even AFTER the remodel) and today I was put on hold for 40 minutes! After 10, I would call back, ask my question again and get put on hold without anyone ever coming back on and at least giving me an update! I dont care how cheap or convenient I need something, I will pay more or wait longer to withhold my business from WalMart.

Just moved to Carmel and have any of you ever steped foot inside any other Walmart in Indiana? They are alllllllllllllll a little messy and a little disorganized. Btw, who goes to the bathroom in Walmart and expects it to be clean? Walmart is Walmart for a reason. Its cheap and you can find basically anything there. People who work there are just trying to make a living...give them some slack you up-tight pricks.

My husband and I enjoy shopping at this Walmart store. We shop at least once a week and seem to always find what we need. We have gotten to know many employees too. It seems like the employees always ask us if we can find what we need. They are very helpful. The Walmart Savings Catcher is awesome! What a deal, we would be shopping there any way and to be given money back is unreal! Thank you Carmel/Westfield Walmart.

Beware that if you order and pay for an item online you stand in the ridiculousously long customer service line that has one employee working. All while the counter area that says "online orders pick up here" sits empty with no employees working. You are better off to buy the item in store and go through a checkout line. When asking a manager they simply state they have "staffing issues".

Awful Walmart. You wanna call this Walmart? Youll be on hold for 30 min. Wanna ask to watch the cameras after your car was hit in their parking lot? You have to wait an hour till somebody qualified to watch a screen gets there. Need help finding an item? Good luck, cause you will probably be able to find it before that entire staff will even offer to help

I have been here many many times,Today I saw a new cashier, she is a black girl, she has very bad attitude, when I check out I told her that one of the items price was wrong , she said :why are you asking me? why are you asking me? you should talk to the costomer service ! then rolled her eyes at me. I dont want to say her name, she is really suck.

this place is horrible constant unexpected items in the bagging area, and there are 15 register but only one register is open, there is also like 50 other people there why cant they use those. Dont even get me started on the people who their as well taking for ever to buy their stuff, paying in pennies, and dressed horribly.

This is a average Walmart super center. Over all its kept up and operates well. Only real complaints are that there is no oil/lube express here. Also, there is really only one main entrance and the parking isnt great. Combine those two things and it can be a bit overwhelming if your not familiar with the area.

Since the manager will not pick up the phone, I will have to leave a review here. There was a middle aged lady named Karen who was really nice and helped me find my things. I was surprised that she was that sweet..especially for being at walmart... I hope she gains recognition for this!!! Good job Karen.

The store itself is good; its stocked well with everything you could possibly need, including nice fresh fruit and vegetables. The fun ends when you go to check out. Never have enough lanes open, and the check yourself out lanes are horribly calibrated. However you do it, checking out takes forever.

I misplaced my wallet and only had a check from Duke Energy and my old military ID. I was stuck out of town. Ive never had anyone question this ID. But person after person wearing their "I support veterans" button told me know. If you want to help veterans do more than wear a button.

Great price on watches! I am reading a book titled "the Walmart effect" by Charles Fishman and it is pretty interesting how Walmart keeps price down. I took some family members here for gift shopping last month and it was a blast! Good prices all around. Highly recommend!

Stopped in to return one small item and the customer service guy said they were closed early because of staffing issues so I couldnt make my return when they are supposed to be open. I suggest you go to Target, they dont have staffing issues.

They need more cashiers at this location. Why they need two CSMs on a shift with four lines open makes no sense at all. If I wanted to do self check I would apply for a job.
