My favorite meijers to shop at now! Manager is always right there to help or answer any questions or even help scan in self check out, hes very nice an talks to all customers asks how there shopping went an if found everything, if they have questions or need help thats what hes there for he tells me an many other customers as well! Not sure first name its something Garlock is his name manager that helps) hes the BEST one so far! Great customer service! Thank you for all your help on finding items, scanning my bigger an some some at self check out! My daughter even made a mess once on accident with a plant walking by for self check out an it was busy, lines were longer anyhow she knocked a very small one over that was on edge he seem it I was so embarrassed he said it would be okay, started cleaning it up right away didnt call for someone else to do it. I offered to pay but he said No he seen what had happened! I was so thankful he was helpful an understanding instead of being rude bc a child made an accident completely nothing on purpose! Thank you to that man that serves as the manager in South Haven meijers!!

Usually clean, always low stock on produce(like no one did their job), they take clearance tags off items and mark them back up to original prices (tacky), stock doesnt get checked and out of date items get sold at regular price (they said it was the delivery person who is responsible for that). On Saturday morning you have to beg for a checkout lane or scan your own items (convenient when you have a few items but not two hundred dollars worth). We switched to this store when it opened, but have returned to the Benton Harbor location because they are consistent, have checkout lanes with real people open, and they usually always stock everything (dont see it they are probably out). On the plus side they usually fix their mistakes, but it requires another trip to the store to replace the items.

This Meijers is always super clean. The employees are very nice. Ive never had any issues shopping there. The self checkouts are one of the best self checkouts of any store. They always keep things stocked. There are never huge lines of people waiting to checkout. There are plenty of self checkouts and cashiers at regular checkouts. I wish more Meijers and stores like Meijers looked like this one.

When I was attempting to slef scan, the green light, turned red and it said "please wait for assistance" I tried to get someone to assist me in my problem, but she said the lanes were closed, which clearly, it wasnt since it didnt say "lane closed" and the light wasnt red. This was very disappointing. I was not satisfied with my time at South Haven Meijer.

I just went into the meijer to get help in the Pharmacy. Neither of my kids have to have had to deal with allergies till we moved to Michigan. I was trying to get a good recommendation from the pharmacist. He wouldnt even come out to show me where the allergies medicine was. He just recommend the most expensive allergy pills liquid on the shelf.

Unsatisfactory. It was shameful how my family and I were ignored by the Deli department and customers were left to stand while they would talk and be rude if a customer tried to get their attention. At self check out, I had an issue with an item and no one came to help. Eventually I was able to figure it out myself. Very disappointed......

The deli counter is slow - whether or not there is a crowd of people waiting for service. You will NOT be served in a timely fashion. They do not understand how to run a service counter. They have wisely staffed the checkout with friendly, helpful people. Unfortunately, their review was already ruined.

I love this place. Meijer has the freshest fruits and veggies that can be had, sourced locally if at all possible. They support the communities they are in and are super friendly. Its a great place to do all your shopping. They have most things youd need for daily life.

Its better than our Wal Mart, but its the worst Meijer Ive been to. Theyre terrible at restocking, never have enough lanes open, and frequently leave expired items on the shelves. Ive never seen a Meijer this horrible...but again, its way better than the alternatives.

New store thats clean and easy to navigate. Wine selection is only okay but everything else is good. Some of the varieties of fresh bread are gone before most people get out of work but otherwise everything you need in a grocery. Pharmacy staff are very helpful.

Meijer Coming into south have was and still is a great Idea to have here. I am so happy that I dont have to go to their competitor. Great Selection of Produce, generally friendly service, and cleanliness is at or above Par.

Standard Meijers. It had a good layout that I was able to go in and get out with what I needed in less than 10 minutes. Its nice when they follow the normal layout. No issues at all getting what I needed.

Lovely, clean store that offers a variety of shopping options from home to clothing to electronics to food. They have a fairly wide selection of most products. The store is clean and staff are helpful.

Kind and friendly staff. Bird feeders are too expensive and they didnt have Lalaloopsies. I used a motorized cart. The door greeter even brought it to me. It was a clean store! Great job Meijer.

The worst service of any grocery store in my life, the acting manager was unresponsive to the needs of our poor checkout person for 15 minutes, and the deli counter service was super slow!

Most pleasant big box store in the area. Village market is OK for groceries, but doesnt have the non food items. The Walmart is trashier than the Meijer and not significantly cheaper.

Prices are low and everything you want is here. If you want anything General merchandise or grocery wise they have it. If youre looking for high priced designer brands look elsewhere.
