The first time I went here was the day after it first opened. I would be lying if I said I had a enjoyable exsperience, because I didnt. However I gave it another shot acouple days ago and let me tell you, it was a HUGE 180! The service was amazing, again being the second time iv been there I was still a little confused by the menu. But the girl working behind the counter, Brittany maybe? Was extremetly nice and very knowledgeable on the products. When I was done ordering my food I went over to get a drink, its nice they have lemonade and some kind of pomegranate drink thats no extra charge. My food was delivered to my table and the portions were very large. Food was extremely good and nothing tasted old, all seemed very fresh! Threw out my meal someone would come over and ask how everything was and if I needed anything else. It had more of a sit down restaurant kinda feel to it. I would definitely recommend going here as they are flying well below the radar! Panera and McAlisters are great, but the prices keep going up it seems like and the portians keep getting smaller.

The food is great but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I was excited when they were going to open up so I went during opening week. My order took an hour to get and so did everyone elses. People were just leaving hungry and frustrated. The manager said that they were having computer problems but didnt even offer anyone a cookie for their troubles. I mean, wasting a whole lunch hour without getting any food and having to get back to work does not make a good first impression. Today I ordered their spinach salad with chicken. When I got back to my office, I notice that they forgot to put the chicken in the salad (though they charged me for it). I called the cafe, and they told me that if I came back to get it, they will give me the chicken. Obviously, that was not an option. The manager asked me what I expected him to do. I said no thank you and ended the call on a disappointing note. I think that the right thing to do, was to make or offer a new salad with the chicken in it or some sort of credit. Just make sure you check your food before you leave.

I was sad to see Paradise Bakery leave, however I was excited that something similar was coming in its place. The front ordering area isnt quite as inviting as I would like, and I think would feel a little weird to just come and get a dessert to go real quick. I ordered the Crunchy Honey Banana Pancakes, which includes a stack of 4 pancakes, 3 pieces of bacon and some scrambled eggs. I ate nearly all of it, the only thing I would have changed is to add a side of butter and/or syrup because as you get through the pancakes they start to become a little dry since the toppings are only added on the top most layer. Overall, we were quite pleased however, with so many breakfast options around and the fact that this one didnt wow us a lot, it may not make it in the rotation as much. I am between 3/4 stars, but I think is probably better if we made a few more visits and tried some other items.

Not great. Poor service at the register... 4 people just talking about their weekend rather than taking our order. Then the food was mediocre. The breakfast sandwich had hard, crusty bread literally soaked in butter. The fruit side had rotten blueberries. The kids pancakes came with syrup in a small metal jar that was so hot it burned our hands. Were fortunate our toddler didnt touch it. My husband noted that the coffee was good (but there is a Starbucks next door). I expect this is one family that will never come back given all of the excellent breakfast spots nearby.

Came in with my family for an early dinner. I asked for a sandwich with NO mayo, and they brought it out with mayo- it wasnt even printed on the recent that I asked for that; the counter lady must have ignored me. Then, when they brought me out a new sandwich, it was the exact same one, with the mayo WIPED OFF. They also took off the mayo-coated pieces of avacado and didnt even put new ones on, so I had no avacado, still splashes of mayo, and I had to also take off the still covered bacon as well. Im disappointed.

I have special dietary needs that are embarrassing to discuss with teenaged counter workers. After having trouble a couple of times with counter workers, Brittany has become aware of my situation and assured me that she will personally make sure I get what I need when I come in. 5 stars for Brittany, 2 stars for a company that directs its employees to hassle customers, but ultimately 4 stars overall for the good food and for the company having the good sense to put Brittany in charge.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about the menu and food. We had an event catered by them two days in a row. Weather was awful and raining. Second day was dry and muddy. Our food was delivered on time and was amazing! I have always dined at the location on Rush and Division in Chicago and always hoped we would see one open local. Very happy and plan on going in and dining all the time now!

twice we have been there during the last two weeks and your oatmeal( full of water) is not ready. the time was around 7:45 am. If you open at seven why not put the stuff on before then. You make it very hard to keek coming back and we really did enjoy our other visits.

Careful....they close early and without warning. The website says theyre open till 9:00PM, but they shut the doors at 8:30. If youre planning a late dinner, look elsewhere.
