I came in looking for something better than grocery store coffee to try with my aeropress. The staff was both friendly and very knowledgeable, answering every question I had. They gave me some tips on how to use my aeropress, and suggestions for a grinder. I didnt know what I wanted so i was got a few sample bags. I have only tried the Ethiopia so far but it might be the best coffee Ive ever had. It might be a little more expensive (still very reasonable) than meijer but it is so much better.

Tinker coffee is all around amazing and one of the best coffee roasters in Indy. I responded to their invitation on their website to visit their facility during my visit to Indy and was not disappointed. Jeff showed me around the place and took the time to get to know my personal interest in coffee and answer my questions. Jeff also showed great hospitality by offering to make me any drink Id like, so I chose a cortado made on the modbar he was building for a buyer in Indy.

We had them come in to my work for a tasting of the Colombian and Ethiopian coffee and they was both amazing blends. Those coffees didnt need any cream or sugar to taste great. Stephen Hall was the one making the coffee for us and answered all of the questions we had about the coffee no matter how dumb it sounded lol. I would highly recommend this to any one that is looking for great coffee that doesnt lose its flavor/taste after its no longer hot.

A great local coffee roastery, run by two top-notch gentlemen. I have visited the roaster several times and have been treated extremely well. Jeff and Steve are very welcoming and open to discussing their coffee and the processes they follow. I attended a cupping class recently and had a blast. If you are a fan of specialty coffee, you should definitely check out the Kenya and other beans that Tinker Coffee roasts.

I received my first shipment here in Melbourne Florida a couple of weeks ago. Let me tell you it was delicious along with the wonderful aroma that filled my apartment and I enjoy every cup as I relax from a hard schedule at school. You find great variety of fresh roasted coffee. Their coffee is too good that you wont find even previous day roasted coffee bags. I was told their procure beans using fair trade. Must try place. Its a typical roastery and you wont find prepared drinks. They are kind to grind the beans as well. Must try.

Amazing coffee. Amazing people. Came in to get some great coffee for my aeropress, and they immediately pointed me out some options. Quickly narrowed it down to one choice, and had a great conversation about all sorts of different aeropress methods. You owe it to yourself to get your coffee here.
