I checked this shop out recently & I have to say this is one of the most disorganized shops Ive ever been to. Im 38, travelled all over the US, checking out comic shops as I go & thats saying something. Big store, space not utilized well, back issues, tpbs & gns are in boxes @ random on a table & floors, I wont box dive at cons if its not at least categorically alphabitized (As in 1 box, Bs, Cs...). Nice selection of new comics but that also felt very jumbled, even though they were bagged & boarded. Gaming area in back of store was nice but the game retail was also convoluted. Nothing properly marked, one box said "Front part of this box 30% off." Really? What constitutes "part?" The first three books, half the box, all but the last book? Too bad I was very underwhelmed because of the overwhelming mess.

Right next to Mancinos Grinders in the Parking lot across the street from Mounds Mall you will find perhaps the best comic book and table top game store in Anderson (and likely in Madison and Delaware County). Rembert, the owner, always gives discounts for cash purchases and he has a constant 20% off on official D&D merchandise. He used to write adventure paths for WotC before they got bought out by Hasbro. The tables in the back are available to use for free for all customers. You can drop in to play random games or find when the scheduled games are being held there, typically on weekends.

Very friendly atmosphere. I love this place I just wish it was a little more organized but other than that this place is great. They are very helpful with finding what you are looking for or ordering it for you if its not at the store. And informing you if you are new to certain games about tournaments the entry fees, prizes and day they do them. They are not pushy at all I didnt feel any pressure to buy anything I didnt want. I will recommend this place to any one of my friends.

the old guy that owns it is super rude. He treated me like I didnt even know what I was looking for. I was interested in looking at what he had in stock , and talked straight down to me and was like "well unless you have $300-$500 to spend , you need to get another hobby". I took great offense to this because I am a paying civilian and he should not , under any circumstances , talk to any of his customers in the tone that he had. I would give negative stars if I could.

Great prices, and the proprietor, Rembert, is a wonderful person. It also has that game store feel. It does not look or feel like a major retail outlet, which is nice. Do not expect it to be organized or appealing to the eye. It is less of a store and more of a treasure trove full of wonderful things that you happen to be able to purchase. They run tons of large magic events as well!

The best comics store in Anderson, in my opinion. It is a little bit hard to find back issues at times, but overall stocked pretty well. Every comic (even brand new ones) all come with a bag and board for no extra charge. The store even has a nice subscription discount. Recommended.

Trash in the display cases, rude down talking owner, disorganized comics. I went in there with the expectations of buying a product and he instead told me it was stupid and tried to sell me something far more expensive. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Great local comic shop. Owner has a surprisingly good inventory and is wonderful to deal with. Can order anything you want if he doesnt have it. Also has a nice selection of board games and caters to the gaming crowd as well.
