I live in Anderson but usually go to the Muncie store. Went in to change a tablet line into a smartphone and they told me they couldnt I would have to cancel the line and activate a new line. (Glenn Allen) I called ATT and Melissa told me I absolutely did not have to cancel the line and she got it switched for me. Ill stick with the Muncie store. Just tried the Anderson store for convenience today, and knew they were just trying to sell me a new line for commission and numbers.

I love there service u verse is the best fiber optic cable updated programming better than xfinity i was going to go with them they were gonna charge me 80 .00 dollars to install then when the tech got there he said I had no coax cable lines so to run New coax cable he would have to charge me 120.00 dollars I said no wY plus thats outdated system compared to AT&T service Im a AT&T customer for life

Not very happy with your employee out in the area on 8-26-17. He took our credit card number and didnt give Jerry a reference or confirmation number. Jerry had to cancel that card. So he has to wait on anew card and he is not very happy about it. I think AT&T should do something about it
