They never answer the phone, and when they do you are faced with rude employees and management. Ive been incorrectly told by an employee what the price of my data plan would be, and when I complained to management I was promptly told, "my employees would never say that, they know what they are doing so you must be lying." The coverage I pay too much money for is downright horrible. Sprints "LTE coverage" fails to send basic text messages half the time. Absolutely the worst provider to do business with.

They cannot help you if you break your phone and have insurance on it. You have to go to Muncie or Indy. I have no clue why they dont offer to take the broken device from you and tell you to come back in 2 or 3 days, heck a week would be better than them doing nothing for you.

They are rude. My phone has been malfunctioning and they didnt even look at it. They told me to drive to Indy to the Apple Store. I dont recomend going there.. They are rude

Not the staffs fault, but everything takes 50 years to happen. System and computers must be outdated or on slow connection. They try to be nice about it tho.
