Went with wife just wanted new SIM card for phone and yes it is my phone not stolen. Said they had good deal on on new phones zero down and $100 dollars free in-store purchase apiece if we both got new phones and said our plan could be a lot cheaper if we switched to unlimited data. Not true at all my bill doubled just like they said it wouldnt do. So Matt your liar and a thief the phones and everything we got with them are going back Im not paying you a damn thing and Im going to Sprint.

Some of the children who work there can be very rude, but some are nice enough. They could be more informed, but also its the only major cell carrier store in 30 miles so I guess we are stuck with them.
