First off, IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS, I WOULD! From the moment I started calling around looking for assistance, tuning up my adult Tricycle, I spoke with some real Debbie downers.. I stopped calling around, after I spoke with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable person, at zion cyclery! Fast forward to a few weeks later, when I had the time to take my Trike in. I get there, explain that I need it to get looked at, an extremely friendly staff member helped bring it into the shop! As I already expected, there might not be an easy fix to my issue, but they would try (free of charge, just to try!). NOT ONLY DID THEY TRY, THEY SUCCEEDED, IN RESOLVING, MY ALMOST MORE COSTLY RESOLUTION, TO GET MY TRIKE MOVING SAFELY. IT DOESNT STOP THERE! I asked about different bike racks, for my beach crusiers AND ONE STAFF MEMBER LOOKED UP MY VEHICLE AND ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER CAME OUT TO MY VEHICLE, TO SHOW ME, EXACTLY WHY TRUCK MOUNTED BIKE RACKS, WILL NOT WORK WITH MY VEHICLE! ALSO, EXPLAINS MY BEST OPTIONS! IN COMPLETE DETAIL! So, my major issue was resolved and I asked if they could just look and see any other issues, give it a tune up, so to speak. My Trike was looked over, EVERYTHING INSPECTED AND ADJUSTED PROPERLY! Then I asked (since my husband and myself are really getting into bike riding, this year) Are there any other suggestions for the amount of bike riding we are trying to achieve this summer AND HE WENT THROUGH A LIST OF MUST HAVES, WALKED ME AROUND THE SHOP, WITH NO PRESSURE, NOR SUGGESTIVE SELLING! IT STARTED OFF WITH JUST, SAFETY FIRST! After everything was said and done, I only had to pay around $25! They helped me put my Trike back in my vehicle and gave me THREE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE TIPS, ABOUT MY FOLDABLE TRIKE! OVERALL, PRICELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! AND, I WALKED AWAY WITH SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE! Which is also PRICELESS! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR "TUNE UPS" ON ALL OUR OTHER BIKES AND BIKE TRAILER!! THANKS AGAIN, TO ALL OF YOU! So happy to find you guys! Youre DEFINITELY worth the drive!

I got referred to this place from a family member when I was looking for a full suspension mountain bike, so I called them up and spoke to Don, gave me great pricing and when I went in, I got sized up and decided on a last years model Gary Fisher HiFi (killer bike, really), needless to say, I am a fan of this bike, and of this shop. I received an awesome deal. The big thing with this shop is the quality of there service. They take there time and will do an awesome job explaining everything. That plus there competitive pricing, I would not go else where. One other thing has to do with there accessories, they are priced very well. I usually do a lot of my shopping on the internet and they are competitive with it or if not better. In the spring time I will be buying a Madone 4.5, and I know where I will be going.

I called them and I told them about my bike and the guy was so nice about it and its not pricey at all seriously. And I went it at like 11ish today and they ask me what you like to do for you today? I told them about the bike again how my chain kept coming off and I needed the pegs off too and my back tire was loose and they told me if I needed to fox it and I told them sure thing and it was all for only $20 I was so happy and they were all respectful . If you EVER need you bike fix come here its not too pricy like other places . If my bike ever needs repair I am definitely coming here and I might bike 2 bike from the too they got nice bikes . Thank you all for everything and not rushing me I like this shop a lot reallllly. ♥♥

From the phone call I placed answered by Mary, to the exceptional work by performed by Duwayne on my bicycle, this was by far, the most rewarding service and or retail experience I have had in forever. Professional, personable, knowledgable, more than reasonable, genuine. This place is the real deal. The type of experience one used to expect when venturing out and has sadly become so rare. Integrity runs strong at Zion Cyclery. The American Dream is alive and well at 2750 Sheridan Road. Do not waste your time and hard earned dollars anywhere else. Worth every mile to get there. Cant say enough good things about this place and their staff. I bought a second hand road bike in June (still getting compliments) for a 150-mile bike event to benefit the American Lung Association. A month later we brought in my daughters inexpensive hybrid that had been left out for the winter at UW Madison, for a tune up and cleaning. They brought it back to like new condition! and for a very reasonable amount. They are always helpful and looking to satisfy your bike needs no matter what your level and can always find a spare few minutes to help you out with an emergency repair.

Serious knowledge and kind customer service. After having BAD luck at the Kenosha, WI bike locations I was able to find everything I needed here at the Zion shop. Never pressured to purchase, just provided with the exact information I needed to make a confident buying decision. The staff took their time with me explaining the details and clarifying the things I was still in question about. They were able to size me up and watch me ride so that I could make a purchase that I know was a good "fit". I am excited about my bike and excited that I found a shop near me that really cares!

As bike shops go, theyre not bad but there are definitely better shops in the immediate area. If you go into Kenosha, Total Cyclery is staffed by a guy who has forgotten more about road/track bikes than these guys ever learned. Just a little bit south is Running Away Multisport which offers so much more at the same price. This shop is fine for a commuter, BMXer or a mountain biker but, if youre a roadie/triathlete/track rider, I would stay away. They just dont have the experience to work on your bike.

The people that work at this shop are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They helped me immediately and repaired my mountain bike while I waited. I was so pleased, I bought new shoes, a bluetooth cadence and speed monitor and a phone case. Of course, they installed everything, let me sign on to the network to download the app, and made sure everything worked properly. The selection in this store is fantastic.

All I can say is that THIS shop, the products they sell and service, AND the STAFF are AWESOME!! They are knowledgeable, and personable. I bought my TREK here (got a GREAT DEAL), and also my grandkids bikes here. NOT only are they experts, THEY GIVE BACK AND SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY, which makes them even more incredible!! Purchased a Felt Z2 in March. This is a family owned and operation business which became obvious to me that service and quality is priority 1. It was a pleasure working with the whole staff. A special thanks to Alex who is their fit specialist. He is patient and listens to his clients. There operation is 1 hour from where I reside, but its worth the trip.
